I want to share the negative rating for service providing by the store, As my air conditioner got faculty from last 2 months and we requested for paid faulty hardware replacement. But still, there is no productive response from the store end they always gave lame excuses like hardware is not available or staff is not available to resolve the fault.I think they forgot that customers use air-conditioners in summers not in winters, once the summer passed and winter came there is no benefit of having an air-conditioner in the room.So, guys, I request you to dont waste your money and time by buying products from this store
