I will never order from this place again. They are dishonest and very unorganized. They sent wrong tiles, then it took them 4-5 days of promises to deliver the correct tiles. just then once pressure built they told me they dont have the tiles! meanwhile my tiler sitting at home waiting for tiles with nothing to do! There are way too many tile places to go to. Why waist valuable time here!

They have great selection of pavers

Went there about a year ago to look for some stones for a fireplace wall in my house. It’s was the first time I’ve ever tried to do a job like that on my own so I asked the lady at the front desk what I would do with left over stone just in case I ordered too much. Here I’m expecting a response like.. “sorry you can’t return it” or maybe “you can bring it back with a receipt”. Instead I got : “well, you can chop it up...put it in your salad and eat it.” I sat there for a second waiting for a haha or just kidding, but was only met with a serious stare at which point I turned around, walked across the street and made my purchase at USA tile. They were great. :)
