I am an Amazon prime customer and I have ordered an item on 8th Nov ,it should delivered to me withine two three days right... but its 11 Nov today still I couldnt got my package and funny thing is they have updated in the app that they have delivered it to me on 10th Nov 7:30 .and when I called that delivery guy whos no I got in my delivery massage he is saying he is on leave , but ironically those office folks r using his no still, finally I called at the office but nobody pics it .so you can analyse that these guys are not able to handle that technology they are failed .I have taken this mattre to higher level too , I am not going to leave them....
