Never buy anything from this shop. The owners are completely fake. All they want is money. They dont return any calls, they are never on time and their service is the worst so far. Ill recommend everyone not to even visit his shop.

If you know the correct price of the product, then you can negotiate to get the best price. Otherwise they will charge you high price for sure. I knew the price of chimney hence they gave the actual price but made me fool while selling gas stove. The product which is available on amazon for 3 k sold me for 4 k. Not buying again from this shop again.

Recently I bought an electronic product worth 30000 and when I asked for the specific colour of tha product (as was also promised to me by the shop owner and salesman) , they gave me another colour and said lame reasons Sorry mam we did not know that this colour does not come any more in this product..Owners are themselves confused..what to expect next from them..Too poor

Horrible service. Went to checkout few coolers and we were asked to go to the first floor and assured that a person will attend us in few minutes. The wait continued for 15 minutes and finally we saw two people coming to the second floor. To our utter shock, one was a customer and the other a staff to guide him through the T.V sets available. On asking him to help us with the coolers,he asked us to go downstairs. The horrendous experience didnt end there, on going to the main counter to confirm whether anyone is interested in showing us the products,the guy sitting there checks out the CCTV and says, upar hai toh ek banda hamara,wai dikhayega and on informing him dat he is already attending a customer, no more replies. All in all, this shifting of responsibility went on and we just wasted our time there.A real bad experience.
