I would not recommend this place as I have called them to ask a price for an LG Air Conditioner they straight away said if you want to know the price you have to come to our showroom for same. I have to make up my mind according to the budget. I live far from NIT Faridabad. I would recommendbuy it from for any other store instead of them.

If there would be below than 1 star I would rather give it. Facing very bad experience. Please do not purchase any electronic item. I have purchased AC and facing issue with last 5 days with no resolution. They just keep me calling to their shop without any resolution. In the stabilizer they charged me and give me low qualtiy and now asking for more money to replace it. Strong suggestion do not buy anything from here.

Worst after sales service. They will fool you to make more and more money on the name of customer service.

Good place to buy on finance

Seems like the owner/staff needs to learn how to give proper customer service. The stupid attitude by the owner will only lead to downfall of this place and will forever remain a small shop.I bought a telephone from there but the overall experience of visiting their shop was quite disappointing. Unless their service or attitude towards customers improves, would not recommend this place.

You should never buy any stuff from here. If bychance a product is not working or if there is some sort of ambiguity in the product, they just try to dust of the customers. The sudden change from Sir well be there to help to Its not our issue, you should have selected wisely is a blatant abuse of trust of people in electronic and equipment dealers.

It is a very old electronics showroom in faridabad.The shop is congested and there is very little space to sit. The owner and other employees are well behaved.The shop has most of the products of different brands.The charges are at par with other electronics showrooms in the area.They offer 0 interest EMI scheme on majority of products.After sales support is ok.Cards are accepted for payment.There is no washròom in this showroom.There is limited parking facility outside the shop.
