Prolab computer is very helpful for me.the staff are very nice.

Only PROLAB responded my call out of 10 different numbers I tried. Very Good service. Picked laptop from my home and delivered after repair as I was not willing to move out in COVID times. I came to know they are in computer line in Faridabad for 30 years now.

They looted me .staff behaviour is very bad.charges are very high compared with market.Not suggested any one for this shop

19th SeptemberVery poor experience with ProLab Computers. IN ALL HONESTY, I would not recommend anyone to get their laptop repaired here.I had a laptop with minor display problems, spent over 5 hours waiting at their office to get the issue fixed and finally what I got was a laptop that was not getting started at all.They very easy converted a minor problem to a major one without even feeling sorry for what they did to my laptop.Do visit if you have spare time and money... Good luck if u are looking for their service.23rd SeptemberTook some more time to edit post my visit to Nehru Place to get the above problem rectified.I ended up paying Rs. 7500 (Rs. 3500 extra) to get my laptop fixed. As per the technician, apart from the screen, the motherboard and cable got damaged as the prior technician (from ProLab) inserted the cable incorrectly.If u still wanna visit ProLab and take a chance with your computer post reading this, GOOD LUCK.

I went for a charging problem, they said I had a problem in my charger, motherboard, and hard disk. After 4 days while the laptop was with them, my hard disk had crashed. I went to a new shop to get a new hard disk eventually.

They work professionaly and take full responsblity to get back my laptop in working condition

Probably computer is a sach very bad service centre in Faridabad, there staff is also very bad and there service is too bad. They using cheap product in our system. Its a totally froud company. I want to suggest every person please dont go there. There is no options for negative start, otherwise I will give them.....
