I’m from Goa & I had Laptop heating problem, so I contact National Computers. within a minute Technician took my machine in Remote mode and Diagnose my Machine and resolve my issue with some bundles of cleaning software, Very nice service provided by the Represented in a pocket friendly budget.

All services are good and engineers are very polite..

Not satisfied with the service.Firstly, instead of them calling me and informing about the status of my repair work, it was quite the opposite. I had to literally call 2-3 times a day for continuous period of 5 days just to make sure my work is in progress.Secondly, my part was given to another person for repair and the shop owner gave me his number. I had to request that other person to give my part back which was taken for the purpose of repair and it took him 4 days and my 5-6 calls just to return it.Will not recommend this to anyone.
