Very good place to buy home needs under one roof. Staff is attentive and giving a friendly service to the customers. They are maintaining a clean atmosphere and also high security standards due to the practical day - today incidents. Providing cloth bags to a cheap price for carrying goods instead of polythene bags as a message to the customers to protect the environment is very much appreciated.

I prefer reliance smart because of the variety they have and price offers are also good sometimes compared to other offers and price in general stores.

Good place to shop for monthly rations... Loads of variety, lots of ground staff to help with queries, jaw dropping prices on veggies and fruits... Have been going since over 3 years!

Bought an ac from reliance smart however they delivered a used ac in a nicely packed box(seems like a new one). But when opened the box, then their was stains on the ac at different parts. We logged a complaint with reliance and we are chasing them for last 2 months but they are not replacing it. Now, going to consumer court against them. I request everyone to not to buy any big electronic/electrical items from reliance smart as they are cheaters and sell old products.

Perfect place for monthly family shopping. Prices are 5-10% lower than regular kirana store and quality is way better than those at kirana store. Reward system is separate advantage. Egg tray i buy outside costs around Rs 172 to 180 whereas in Reliance it costs Rs 138 only. Pulses, sugar, rice, oil, flour, Paneer are all much cheaper than local market. Not to forget the vegetable and fruits which are of better quality and cheaper than mandi.

All the basic need material is available here. Its a place where we can always find our necessary items. It has many sections like stationary, books, plastic items, household items, upholstery, veggies, fruits, clothing- ladies, gents, boys n girls, etc.

Though I often visit reliance store but truly speaking, they have reduced quality. Veg and fruits are worst. AC doesnt work. You will feel suffocation. Trollies are so big,.You cant move them.... I dont think where Ambani investing. Its worst place to be there for more more than 10 minutes.

Be aware, the fraudster are wonder there, they ask your name and number and tell that you will be lucky winner of 3N-4D or 6N-7D free stay in 5 Star Hotels abroad India.After few days They will call and say we will gift you 3N4D holiday package absolutely free but in actual they wont tell you that you have to pay 3000 INR for that. If you go there they will force you to take their membership, if you dont take that they will give you the gift voucher of 3N4D but they will not tell you that you have to pay 3000 INR and also you have to pay taxes also for the booking, if you want. Once you dont take their membership they will not pick your call, no reply of mails also... That gift voucher will become only a piece of paper. Even if you are OK to pay 3000 and taxes also, they will always say there is no rooms available at the time you have selected.. Its a suggestion for everyone please dont attend any of their programme, dont take their membershilp.Reliance shop manager also with him. PLEASE do not go there.
