It was good. Rooms were good in size. Food was good. Tried pasta, fish and biryani. But no extra activity in resort and no Swimming pool.For kids swings or any other activity should be there.

Beautiful view of the valley. Greenery is maintained throughout the resort. The architecture is such that it appears to be bigger than it actually is ( a big plus). However, it missed a good view from the restaurant and the ambience of restaurant is basic , but the food quality is nevertheless extraordinary. A personal seating area with each room gives you enough opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. Great stay.

1 to 2 hrs drive from Delhi . Luxury in the midst of nature on a hill overlooking a valley. (Yes it is on higher ground) The drive to the place was awesome. The hotel is beautifully constructed aesthetically designed . Perfect for photo ops. Service is good. Food variety was however restricted (probably due to COVID)Hygienic .Tranquil and calm.It can serve as a lovely place for family dos

Hotel rooms are nice with private balcony. Only problem is thr is no pool in the property and not many activities one can do if planning for longer stay. Food was decent..but very less options...and major problem is connectivity since its in remote area so you cant really venture anything outside the property. Restaurant staff was very nice but overall management wasnt very supportive or forthcoming..I personally feel they need to be little more flexible and helpful for the guests seeking help.

Property is good for a quick get away BUT they need to improve the food quality ,taste and service level which is surely not a 5* level.

No kids play area … not even small green garden/patch.. complete concrete place .. very small property.. website photos & description are completely misguiding.. horrible management staff.. we came here to celebrate my kid birthday, booked 3 rooms , paid price of any five star resort but what we got was complete disappointment. Idiotic management!! Money waste , time waste and celebration spoiled. They will showcase cycling as one of the top activity but there is not place to do cycling in property; they will suggest you to go outside of property for cycling, which is completely barren land and unsafe. Pool table , chess and carrom are only games to play; which are placed in common BAR area and that too poor quality ( pool table and carrom)! Overall very bad experience

The property is small with only rooms and a large hall. Not much open area like lawn or sports facilities or swimming pool.However, it is maintained very nicely. Nice greenery all around. There is basic pool table, table tennis, carrom and chess options. They provide cycles too that can be taken outside the property. Food service is good though priced like a 5 star.

The drive is nice. However the hotel is not worth the money. The rooms were average to bad. Found a dead lizard in the room. The drains in the shower don’t work and the room essentially got flooded. Food not worth the money. Would advise other places to stay than here. Only saving grace I got to spend some quality time w/ a special friend

First of all, Food, it was really bad. staffs are rude and untrained, not a 5-star at all its gotta be a 2 star. Cycles were not maintained not much to do. Network! it was so low didnt expected this. Pillow was really hard couldnt sleep at all. I could even hear people complaining about the hotel food in the restaurant🤢. buffet dinner was so bad we all ate only one thing and pasta- it was looking really bad. This hotel is defiantly not a FIVE STAR. I do NOT recommend this hotel at all.

The Lalit Manager.. The property is actually very nice , well maintained, greenery with scenic beauty surrounded by the Aravali hills. But it is not maintained at all in terms of food or other amenities. Highly disappointed with the food. Very limited options that too with no taste. There were only 2 cycles which too were not properly maintained.Would definitely not recommend for family leisure.

Went with my set of friends. The property is smaller than it looks in the pics. Rooms are small averagely designed, yet u get the feeling of small villa since theres a patio in front of every room which makes the view from room looks nice. The service was just fine. The guy name Prince helped us at his best. The only negatives are that the property is highly priced vis-a-vis the facilities they provide, and also if u pay for the third bed in the room what u get is just a mattress and no bed. The food is good but buffet variety is very limited. No place for kids to enjoy. Recommended only for a day

Services were just oki , they are re using khulad... tht too jst by rinsing.... we had a bad experience. Not at all upto the mark of five star facilities , as there was no lawn area for outdoor games and no play area for kids l.lizards , snails and other insects like spiders , mosquitos etc. Were there in the rooms , washrooms were poorly maintained there were spider webs. horrible experience. Not worth the money we have spent. Buffet had limited options and average food.soup was gud.we should have spent this much money at some other property which had more amenities than this.not happy with the hotel.

Very bad service. The category of room we had booked wasnt available so they alloted a very inferior room to us. There are no amenities in the property apart from a reception area and a few rooms. Breakfast and dinner buffet was bad. Not at all worth the money.

As earlier people mentioned that food at lalit mangar isn’t good enough but i would say it was amazing the chef mr. bk sharma is excellent in this job and mr. karanveer , mr . Mohan payare , and mr. bhaskar took great care of their clients and all there needs . I would say it was a peaceful location and i would love to stay here again

Very near to Delhi . Easy to reach . Just a half an hour drive from south delhi . Amazing location . Very nice property . Courteous staff . Rooms are very nice . A special mention for the food bere . Food is out of the world . Perfect for a 1-2 day family staycation.We really enjoyed cycling , camel rides , playing pool and table tennis .The only negitive I think is that they don’t have a pool on the property .

CAUTION: visit at your own risk. The property is not child and elderly friendly. The staff is very untrained and lacks basis service standards. My 4 year old daughter got stitches under her chin while riding her bike in the hotel and the security staff told us they keep having such instances. And yet they dont have signage put up regarding being cautious or accident prone area. Very limited staff also, literally being run on a shoe string budget this place. Please visit elsewhere, this is not worth it surely.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The housekeeping and cleanliness was extremely poor. The restaurant was full of flies and food quality was below average. The hotel showcases various fun activities on the website however, they are not as promised. The front office staff lacks friendliness and hospitality.I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property is well placed between a lot of trees and the fresh air available here is commendable. You can get a clear view for star gazing. But nothing much to do.food serves in the morning buffet was stale. Taste of morning buffet was disappointing. Table tennis table, snooker table is not maintained. Bicycles are there but again not maintained. A good property but not maintained that well.

If you were looking to just relax away from NCR, this is your place to be. This isnt very far from Gurgaon and still is isolated enough to be spending time with loved ones. The property is maintained well and is unique in its look. It is deigned to be close to nature. There are balconies in the rooms to gaze the sky and sit in the open. A guy with a telescope is there at night time and is a delight for someone who hasnt been watching the sky lately. Food is good and there are a few indoor sports like carrom, chess and table tennis. There are sufi singers who mesmerize you with soulfoul rendition. I loved every bit of the hospitality. There is a lake nearby if you are up for a stroll.

We didn’t stay, just visited for a lunch. This was our first visit. While the ambience, hygiene is taken care off very well in these times. The disappointment came in with the quality and quantity of food. We ordered vegetable platter, chef special sandwich ( which was indeed very dry). The platter was included very tiny pieces of starters and the quality was also very average for the cost that was paid. As per the rule book would want the management to review the per gram quantity which is served per platter. This was indeed a very dissatisfying experience.

One of the best place in Aravali. Good food, sensitive and nice staff, awesome ambience. The personal touch offered by the staff members to make your stay comfortable is commendable. Special thanks to kitchen team. Missi roti, makki ki roti and kulchaas one should always try.I personally enjoyed the pottery session (patience level of Mr Sunder is appreciable) and star gazing activities.Overall stay of four days at Lalit Mangar in the beginning of 2020 is surely a good start of the year!

Place is beautiful,there is also a nice view point.You will have free wifi and parking,but if you wanna go out to market you will have travel around 20 km atleast.But its fine if you wanna silent place in ncr.

Being in a travel company, I never prefer to write something wrong about hotel. I do not review the bad hotels but I am writing this review to help people to know about this property.This hotel has irritate us a lot, nobody willing to pick up the call, no service from their side. We need to call them atleast 5 times just to ask for a single price or anything, have never this seen this kind of sevices from any 5 star hotel.Sales person Vikramjit is the rude person and have never seen any sales person who speak wrong about the client. For the sake of booking, he did not even find it important to inform us that they have some wedding function in the hotel which will be there for the whole day, So firstly, he failed to inform us at the time he was taking this booking, when guest complaints about it, he started saying I will see, I will speak to hotel and bla bla and he wasted almost 3 hours and did not speak to anyone. When we tried to call him and talk about it he said the client want the freebies only. Client has paid the huge amount for 1 night stay just to stay peacefully with the family and you have spoiled his whole day and still you are saying, that its the mistake of client.When you speak to hotel staff, they are saying something else. No co-ordination between the sales and hotel staff, they are just money makers. Do not expect service from this hotel. Food doesnt even match the standard of Lalit.It was worst experience that I have booked this hotel for my client.They do not believe in the client satisfaction, they are just there to make money especially this sales person Mr Vikramjit.

The LaLiT Mangar is situated within the Mangar Bani valley, which is an approximately 30 mins drive from Gurgaon on Gurgaon-Faridabad Road. It is positioned as a weekend getaway destination and has 35 suites. The resort operates a bar and two multi-cuisine restaurants, namely, Alfresco and Dining Room, with a focus on organic food. The dining is quite expensive (Better take an All Inclusive meal package) Overall resort property is smaller than likes of Westing Sohna Resorts and Taj Gateway Damdama Lake. There are times they didn’t have buffet served just because the occupancy levels were low.

Absolutely far from the din of the city but very well reachable quickly. Well built property with good care taken in every detail. Spacious rooms, path for long strolls, good ways to lazy in the sun in winter, and the usual indoor games. Do reach the place by 5pm on your day... The evening chai trolley, village style, is good little gathering. The staff are very welcoming and ready to help anytime for anything.

Amidst the crowded city, It was surprising to find a place like this. The location is really surrounded by jungle and a small valley. The patch of road from highway to hotel is a nice drive.The property itself is beautiful, though not too large as it would appear in the catalogues. The cottages are really nice, cozy and have a very special feel to them given a good weather for you to enjoy the patio [We went in late Oct]. The staff is courteous and helpful. Mini activities like cycling on old out of shape cycles, property tour, camel ride and spa keeps you engaged.There is a nice and small bar with some good time spending options like chess, carrom and pool table.So why 3 stars ? because of Food. For the amount being charged for the stay, the food is out of Lalits league bringing it so much shame. Though the Ala carte still maintains the standards, the breakfast buffet is hopeless and the staff/management appears to be pretty ignorant about it. Limited options on the spread that too with couple of dishes gone bad already. We are glad for not opting for a dinner buffet.High tea should also be of better standards. The telephone network infra is broken most of the time, you need to be hunting down people or run to reception for support.

A lovely property that feels really far from delhi but isn’t. The facilities, view and service are excellent. But their food isn’t all that good. It’s average at best and the Indian food is usually a safe bet. Chinese and Continental are just not up to the mark. We did have a nice stay overall.

They served Sorsamach (mustered fish curry)which was nothing but a simple muglai fish curry available in Jama Masjid in all dhabas absolutely tasteless.Roganjosh was just waterly we didn’t knew what cooking they are doing.Waste of money and time in new year lunch

A very quiet and absolutely peaceful property in the middle of nowhere, Lalit Mangar is not your typical 5-star hotel. It is more of an experience that youll cherish. Just a stones throw away from the hustle-bustle of the super busy city of Gurgaon, once you leave the highway and take the village road to reach Mangar, youll realize how wonderful the property is.The rooms are clean, hygenic, extremely comfortable with natural light streaming in. Also, the suites open up to some great views. So, thats always a plus. Yes, there is no swimming pool in the Lalit Mangar, but personally, I am okay with it.The food was your usual affair, and the sufi performance during the night, with dinner on the table, was a brilliant experience. This, definitely is worth an experience.Overall, I absolutely loved my stay at The Lalit, Mangar. Additionally, I would like to mention Mr. Sameer, who was the F&B manager there and handled every request that we had, with a smile on his face. Such a wonderful person he is. Staff was fabulous indeed. :)

Situated at the Aravalli ranges this 3 acre property is about 10 Kms and 15 kms away from the heart of Gurgaon and Faridabad cities, respectively.The rooms are elegant also it is village themed going close with the locality. Perfect for both business and family outing.Just to mind, if you are travelling by own vehicles during odd hours beware of the masked bikers some may turn out to be dangerous.

Excellent property for a quiet weekend getaway. Suited for all types groups - couples, family, corporates. They have a good variety of food during all the meal hrs. In terms of area, the property is small compared to places like Taj dumdama or Westin Sohna, but it has its unique charm.People can enjoy in-house activities like pottery making or star-gazing or could also spend time playing carrom, chess, TT or pool.Overall a great property to stay at.

Lalit mangar is one of the best properties which is close to Delhi and I would consider as the best getaway.1) Property :- there are 35 suits in the whole property which are very properly lined up. You get lot of sun and air. There is no swimming pool and green park.2) Rooms :- we booked two rooms 111 and 112. The rooms are very very late and very well design. Bathrooms are very nice very spacious and well lit.3) Staff :- I have no words to express my gratitude towards the staff of the Lalit mangar, they where courteous every time you wish to talk to them with regards to anything. The staff is always there with the smiling face to help you get whatever is desired.4) F&B :- I also like the food, the preparations are nice and simple and the presentation is absolutely amazing. Breakfast buffet is always very lavish and have most of the Indian and continental dishes available.5) Activity at Property :- the activities at the property are less as compared to any other resort. The absence of swimming pool and park makes the kid a bit bore. However you will find TT table, carrom board, pottery making, evening dance and yoga classes in the morning. You can also do gym Im at the property, a very unique thing is that you can actually do a moon gazing and a star gazing at the property along with the folk dance by the locals. You may go for a cycling outside the property (try to be little careful because the road is very empty). You may also ask for a camel ride outside the property.Having said that, this property is amazing if you want to spend time with your family and friends and without much to do.

Nice property, peaceful and well trained and friendly staff.Rooms were very clean, spacious and well decorated, the programs - puppet show, kalbelia dance etc were nice little things..The breakfast buffet was good although the lunch buffet had some things which were very spicy for he palette... However, when told they took care of it in the night buffet.All in all good place although the room price sometimes is too high.. try and get a good deal. Also, the road to the hotel is a little shady and try not to make any night travels.. getting an Uber also is bit of a problem but the hotel staff is helpful with the arranging some kind of transport.
