Good store to have everything under one roof but most of the times too much crowded. I went there for electronic purchase mostly mobiles. they offer only their own damage protection plans & extended warranty plans which are considerably costlier than OEMs damage protection & extended warranty plans.

I brought a new oven IFB30BRC2 from reliance digital on 18th September 2021.The package were received very next day .The service Engineer from IFB visited for demonstration and he found the Oven control panel is not working .He could not start the demo , he informed me this Oven will be replaced with in two days(waiting for replacement).However I would like to highlight here why reliance digital send a defective product ? Who is taking care of inconvenience happend to customer?Based on my personal experience next time definitely a no go to Reliance digital.

Salesman here misguide people. They tell you fabulous offers to attract but when you are actually purchasing they will say there is no such deal on the particular product. So in the end either you will actually purchase the item at the higher rate as you like it or you will be disheartened for leaving your liked product.

There is only selected item availability.. if you visit you cant expect the thing is available what you wants..... if you really want something in electronics you can visit Croma, vijaysales. Any any another Mary but is not recommended to visit reliance degital for electronics... However you may check out the thing available and offers at Reliance but my experience was not reached upto any conclusions... Deepak, the salesman is very good. He talks politely and tries his best to get the deal which benefits both parties, however, theres an urgent need of coordination, efficient staff and smoothness of the process. It took us 5 hours to buy a single laptop, due to the unavoidable delays. We accrue a minute part of the 5 hours, the main delay was caused due to the approvals for discounts and all. Deepak was courteous and tried his best till the very end, however, I dont know honestly who takes the blame for the prolonged pipeline, however make sure you do your research before coming in, get a fair idea of the time the processing can take, and then make a decision. Even if the 5 hours got us the desired product and a fair deal, it costed us 3+ hours, and well, whats more valuable than time. I had a very mixed experience with this store, where me and my family were patient for 3 hours, and Deepak acknowledged that we had been waiting for long, and he was doing his part of fastening the process, the delay worsened our expectations and mood to this level that if the payment wasnt processed, we would have lost our sole intent of buying. I think there are a lot of loopholes, since it was a Lockdown Sunday, unexpected turnaround of people in the store made the salespeople disorganised. I had to provide my own hotspot in order to get MS Office downloaded. There are a lot of things to improve. I still give the credit of this purchase to Deepak, however I think if its a collaborative effort, complemented with good after payment services (not to be mistaken as after sales service), the process can be more convenient and suitable for the customer. The finance team was also smooth in their operationsBy the end of our purchase, it seemed nothing less than a war. A short 5 hour war to just get that product in the shortest time possible.

Dear all, I am writing this review so that you dont fall victim to the Unethical practice of business followed by Reliance digital.On purchasing any electronic items, they are taking installation charges and in general anyone thinks that it will be carried out by Brand service center.But thats not the case. For all the items being sold, they are doing installation from their end i.e. by Reliance service center, this itself nulls and voids the brand warranty from day 1, because its clearly written on brand website that installation need to be carried out by Brand service center only.I was planning to buy one electronic item from them, and after listening everything I called Samsung customer care and queried on this particular aspect. They clearly stated that if installation done by anyone else other than brand service center, then all warranties are waived off from day 1. Upon listening this, I inquired with Reliance sales executive and he told me let them dont give warranties, we will cover the warranty. But that is not written anywhere on the bill or warranty card.Requesting you all to avoid buying electronics from Reliance digital. Better go with Authorized dealers who will give better service and no hidden terms and conditions.

Worst Experience !! We bought samsung washing machine fully automatic . After just 2 months of buying it has a defect and its part needs to be changed . They have sold defective part to us very smartly. Dont buy electronic products from them . In this case Croma is better or Vijay sales . They are fraud !!

Very untrained professional after selling products they dont even talk nicely. I just wanted to exchange the product(sealed)within two days of my purchase to get the better experience also I was ready to pay the difference amount for the new product. Earlier they made us to wait around half an hour by saying this sir will come that sir will come to attend you then they send one girl which stated talking about the salary deduction and said it is our policies I said pls show the policy she said jaib me leke toh ghum ni rahi mai...very rude. They just do not want to take that product as we have researched that product rating on shopping site is very bad and forcefully made us to take that product back. One thing more we have asked another one but they have played with our minds and made us to buy the bad one and now on exchange they have showed this type of response.Please do not listen to the staff and buy the product from Reliance digital faribad they just make you to buy the worst.
