Nice and easy place to book trains ticket. However, there is a problem in this crucial time there is no any kind of restrictions as per covid guidelines and staffs are also not much serious about it.

It is not Railway ticket agent, its a Railway Reservation counter services are provided by Railway staf of Northern Railway commercial department.Staff is very polite and helpful.

As usual typical lazy govt employees.Once they should see the working environment of pvt sector.

Reservation staff at old Faridabad is Worst,they dont have manners to talk to public, specially lady at counter,even a young man & even an old man staff in staff is having same attitude.

Very bad service I am not happy

The reservation center is really good but the infrastructure is not really good.The ventilation problem is there. Only 1 or 2 counters remain active out of 5 (never counted but an approximation).The waiting time is really long sometimes but the procedure is really quick.We have to fill the form having all the details in it and then submit it to the person and watch the screen to cross check the whole details.

Though there are 5-6 counters available , however due to understrength of the staff only 3 counters are handling a gigantic crowd.Also Infrastructure is on the lower side.The renovation and construction work is going on at the railway station , I believe the reservstion hall would also get a new look with adequate infrastructure.

The experience of getting a seat reserved via ticket counter was quite time consuming and the staff at the counter was very quick at booking tickets so as that more and more tickets can be booked quickly but the sitting facility was poor. Overall experience was good.

This is very crowdy place.No more basic facility i.e. chairs, fan, displayboard, etc. Very dirty in reservation compound area. This reservation centre is always dirty no clean no Safai. There are five counter in this reservation centre. Only three counter always open. I request to Station Master please provided basic facility in this reservation center... .. .. Please ... Please. 2 Windows, que system, digital display, can get unreserved ticket from any place to any place with ticket vending machines too, escalator under installation will be ready soon. It can help people living on east of Muthra Road and main sectors of Faridabad and provide easy access. However the entry road from Mathura Road is bit tricky and deserted, used as illegal parkingbof trucks and other commercial vehicles, very deserted in night and May not be safe for line travellers but can save lot of time during rush hour of Bedlam flyover and city traffic due to direct approach from Mathura - Delhi National Highway.
