I was leaving for CA and my computer started acting buggy - there was no time to get it to them before I left. They went above and beyond with their customer service and thanks to their help, and Matt from MAC Help in Costa Mesa, my computer is working again :-)

Two River came to my house, discussed my requirements and issues, and created a proposal to address both of my needs. Their tech came to my house and quickly installed a mesh network which immediately improved wifi coverage in the far reaches of my house. He was very professional, and was able to do the work with only 5-10 minutes of network downtime. My bill correctly reflected only executing on one of my two requirements. All in all a great experience!

TRC has a data recovery program and while I was able to save most of my data myself they helped me get the last few things I needed for my business. Make sure you back up and use TRC when you need any kind of help with your computers. They are great!

My experience with Two River Repair is as follows:My gaming PC just flat out stopped showing display I was very aggravated for two days until I looked into getting it fixed. As they promised, two river diagnosed the computer in 2-3 days. However it took what seemed like forever to fix. They had to order a new motherboard and then I had to wait an additional week for standoff screws to be acquired. All in all, I spent 300 dollars. I could have realistically spent 100 for a new motherboard and installed it myself. That being said I am grateful for two river for taking time to diagnose and repair the computer. Their communication was great throughout, and I give this business 5 stars for fixing the issue. Although it took very long, we are living in COVID times and their communication was unmatched, from Jordan (the tech) to the woman on the phone. 5/5 -Nick Grieco

Tom and the rest of the team are excellent. They were recommended to us when we first moved into the area 3 years ago, and weve been using their services ever since. They are personable, professional, skilled, and reasonably priced. Theyve set up a gaming computer and xbox system for us, hard wired computer stations and set up printers and wireless options, removed viruses, installed boosters...basically everything.
