Leela palace is an amazing hotel. Its a surprisingly big property right in the centre of the city and yet blocks out the hustle and bustle once youre inside the compound. It has lost a bit of sheen from its hay days but still very luxurious. The coffee shop spread is extremely good.

The best lunch buffet of Bangalore is served here. Great variety.. great taste..fantastic staff.. Awesome experience. I bet you will end up overeating. 👌👌

Oh my ! That was my first experience with Leela palace Bangalore. And when I started walking inside , a huge entrance welcomed me. Such a royal beauty! Such amazing work. I got an amazing host who served us very well, means very well, I dont have enough word to describe him. He is carrying professionalism, attitude, Knowledge, Kindness which is on another level. He is awesome. When we both get close, I got to know that he is new in this hospitality industry. Wow, only 6 month into it was outshining years of experienced servers. Congratulations 👏🏻 Kavi. When you are in Leela, you are at the right place for dining, the food, the options are great. The dining area is awesome.They even have cafe, jewellery stalls, royal interior decoration stalls, fashion stalls etc inside the palace.Its like a city inside the hotel.Overall amazing.10/10 would recommend!

Worst customer service. I had come to enquire about cakes in cake shop. I was asked to wait for a while to check which cakes are available. Later after I asked and she is saying only one cake. They were not even able to show the foto or anything to show and its not available.This was not at all the way it was before covid. I always used to get multiple cakes and proper service. Please improve this. This is not your level at all.

This place is a must visit and is one of the finest infrastructures. But post COVID this place has gone full and very minimal walk-ins currently.

We recently visited The Leela Palace and stayed there for a couple of days for a luxurious staycation. Well true to its name it indeed is a palace and the staff goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable and memorable.The interiors are beautiful and plush and the rooms are spacious with all modern amenities that you would need. The suites are huge with a living room and a grand bedroom with balconies that open up to a beautiful view. Our check-in was quick and really impressed to see how well they are managing covid protocols.Coming to the food, we dined at Citrus, Zen and Jamavar which is their iconic Indian restaurant. The breakfast buffet was quite exhaustive will dishes for all tastes. Lunch and dinner had multi cuisine dishes in Citrus. Zen is the oriental restaurant and highly recommend their dimsums and sushi. My personal favourite is Jamavar which serves the best Indian food in town.Our staycation was made even more special by the friendliness and service of the whole team. Its a very kid-friendly hotel and highly recommend it for family staycations.

Visited Leela Palace for a staycation a few times and strongly considered it for a wedding venue. Asked my parents to go visit and the staff (namely Namrata) was absolutely not courteous. Made them feel like they were wasting her time. With this attitude, Leela palace just went from the top of my list for a venue, to the bottom.

It was a really nice place. We purchased the Royal Club Suite Indulgence to access all the other facilities that were available. However it appeared the the billiard room and cigar lounge were locked. Due to Covid the swimming pool was unusable.But the following two things disappointed me:1) The Cooking with the Chef experience is quite rushed and is more of a demonstration by the chef. You dont really get to create your own dish. On the website they said they would give you a card with the chefs top recipes and that we would receive a complimentary apron and chefs hat which said Cooked with the Chef at Leela or something which was also not given.2) The specially curated 3 course lunch/dinner is not specially curated. They just asked us to join the dinner buffet. So that was also disappointing.Other than that the room was beautiful and the place was stunning.However I am not convinced that the experience was worth Rs28,000 that we paid.

I would like to share my review when I visited Leela Palace. Yes, indeed it is spectacular hotel. I really like the color of Leela and talking a walk around on cloudy-drizzlin day made me feel so relishing. There are lots of things to say, at first the hospitality of all the staffs working is tremendous . Then, the food - being a 7 ★ hotel it has got every continental dishes... and these are must try. If you are on a holiday package and want to be in Bangalores best hotel , there it is Leela Palace. Has got traditional touch.last but not the least, it is the rooms, they got it all low, medium and high budget rooms.

Felt very safe as it was getting sterilized frequently. Good ambience and friendly staff.

Hotel Leela palaceAs the name aptly describes a palace inhabiting three restaurants - Citrus ( continental) , Zen ( pan Asian cuisine ) and Jamwar ( Indian cuisine) .The entry from the HAL road leads to a deserted parking strip which quickly and dramatically turn to a royal entrance. Huge doors, walkways , arches , pillars and long corridors make the palatial ambience alive .Citrus is the last restaurant at the end of a long hallway adorned with beautiful relics , paintings and chandeliers .It is a continental cuisine restaurant with a wide spread buffet catering both veg and non veg appetizer, main courses, salads and soups. With live counters catering to pastas and pizzas , there is a huge selection to choose from. The food taste and quality is absolutely delectable . Drinks are ordered at the table and are available from a large selection menu.The seating is available both indoor as well outdoor , while mostly seating in outdoor area is dominated by chairs and indoor is sofas. Outdoor seating is little more dramatic as seating is on the patio with a canopy and a small bonfire to add to the open air romance .Overall a great experience, looking forward to try Zen and Jamwar.

Overall, I had a great experience.The staffs were courteous, prompt and helpful.The breakfast buffet was great.The room was spacious, clean and tidy.Everything was good except the elevator.They seemed have one elevator which operates for all the rooms.The room which was provided to me was far away from the elevator and we had to walk for 5 mins to use the elevator.

If I could give it 10 stars I would. It was beyond our expectations. An unforgettable experience. We had taken leela moments package for 4 adults and we enjoyed every moment of it. The food was exemplary. The sunday brunch was an experience in itself. But the service that was provided to us by each and every one of the staff members from the valets doormen and front office staff the staff at the citrus restaurant and each and everyone we met at the Leela palace were extremely polite always smiling and extremely helpful. It was a wholesome unforgettable experience. We will surely go back.

Amazing and incredibly interiors. Must try the restaurant ZEN for Chinese cuisine whereas Jamavar is for Indian cuisine. Room service is also very prompt followed by well maintained almost everything 👍🏻

Visited Citrus and had the food from the ALa Carte menu. My wife was very hungry and she wanted to eat some nice soft paneer dish with some butter naans. Hence, we ordered that for her. Between me and the twins, we ordered the Chicken Tikka as a starter while they ate some soup too. For mains, we went with our fav Laal Maas and butter naans. We thulped down the food with great relish and delight since it was so aromatic and flavorful. Thanks a lot to Srijana who was very prompt, courteous and humble enough to take our orders and she also served us well. Overall, great hospitality, great experience and awesome food.

This is the best hotel that I have ever visited. The architecture, ambience, hospitality staff, garden, rooms, food and everything is exceptional. The staff is so polite and so friendly that their amazing treatment just makes your day beautiful. Each room has a small balcony with a very beautiful view. And the best thing I liked about the hotel is its beautiful garden that has beautiful lotuses and fishes ❤️ its a must visit. Even if you cant go on a trip because of Covid, just visit this hotel and your stay will be so peaceful and memorable. I wish I could stay here forever.

Oh my!!! That was my first experience when I entered the colonnade. Such a royal beauty! They were having a function there (Roka ceremony) and the employees were decorating the place for that. I went there just to visit the place and no one inside enquired me why I was there. I walked in through the palace freely with no one nagging me. Just awesome dining area. You have cafes, jewellery stalls, royal interior decoration stalls, fashion stalls etc inside.

I called very late for a reservation and was informed that they do not have tables available but the operator Neetu on being informed of our special occasion got us a table. I had called a few hotels all gave me a negative affirmation and non of them tried to help.I have come to an understanding that we pay and the provide but at the Leela it is the going beyond the required that make me celebrate all my special occasion there.The biggest asset the Leela has is its staff who treat you like a king and are really customer friendly.Also Deb and Krishnandu were awesome.The food was also amazing.

The Leela Palace Bangalore is a perfect blend of royalty and contemporary luxury.I was there for my brothers wedding and we couldn’t have had it at a better place in Bangalore.the experience was very warm and secure given the time we are in.Their soothing ambiance with the ever helpful Management and support staff made the event and our stay the most memorable.A special mention to Mr Kavinder Singhour assigned butler, his self assured 24/7 service ensured that we got everything and more that we wished for.He certainly went out of his way whether it was arranging food for my toddlers or for any other assistance in the middle of the night to getting everything needed for my brother and us without any hesitation and a constant smile was really commendable.Really looking forward for the same experience as his services along with the hotel were truly the best.

Huge property with big n spacious rooms. Each room has a balcony. Washrooms are too good. Very polite, humble and supportive staff.

Very Pristine with its atmosphere and ambience. But, had a hard time choosing the specific floor in the lift as there were no indications of the brands working there and in which floors. So, had to try out almost all the floors for 10 minutes to finally end up at the desired floor. So, hard a hectic time.

The ambience is amazing..marvellous..v visited citrus for dinner on Sunday night..the varities of starters was very limited in non veg..no live counter for non veg starters..pricing was high..and service is too late..we had ordered for Omlette but never got it till I pay the bill.they can improve their varities and the service cud be quicker.

This is an amazing place with in banglore city near to Kempfort temple.Service is really good and quick. Rooms are very luxurious & brilliant service . One set of elevators are not working , hence we have to walk quite a distance to reach the lobby from the new wing .

Its nice to visit its very beautiful and royal place but for having some food is very costly. Only one plate Chicken biryani is 1200..In our daily life we can see 1 bottle water is Rs-10. The 10-Rs bottle in Leela palace is 80-Rs. So I dont agree with the price of restaurant dishes😑😟

I had been to this place to meet one of my friends. I spent few minutes only at the visitors Lobby. Clean and well maintained place with melodious traditional music. at the background to match with the architecture.. To sum up, the ambience was it is blend of luxury and traditional.

We stayed in the Leela for the weekend. The ambience and the hospitality in the Leela Palace is very good.Due to covid, the pool, amenities and few of their restaurants were closed. However, we had a good Sunday brunch and a nice dinner which was offered along with our accommodations. We booked our rooms online and we had a good time indeed.

This is a great place to stay with the exception of one counter staff being so extremely rude . Management really needs to teach this guy called harshith I think some courteous behavior and extreme training is needed to talk to guests politely.Food was great and restaurant staff , cleaning staff were all polite

Hard product wise, this is hands down one of the best hotels in Bangalore, what with all the intricate grandeur spread over a massive palatial expanse. Only wish the food and service however, would live up to it- not that they were bad, but just simply weren’t great so as to match up to the likes of the hotel’s competitors. The hotel very unfortunately seems devoid of most of its life and sheen post-covid and a large part of it comes off as plain abandoned, which coupled with its ornate enormity results in all but a paradox.

It was one of the best hotel i have stayed at yet , amazing ambience and hospitality it is 100% value for money . 10/10 rating

Had high expectations, but was let down, by a mile. Service levels are astronomically bad. Had to call for help, multiple times. The dimsums are highly overrated (bland, no taste. Had to ask for accompanying sauce multiple times, and what we got was a tiny portion and again had no taste). The main course (Thai Green Curry) was bad. The desserts (2 of them, a sour ice cream and a cake) were the worst I tasted ever. Dont ever go for the dimsum brunch and just donate the 3k to any other worthy cause. The only thing I liked was the Jasmine Green Tea. Of, course, the ambience was good, as always. I may try Citrus weekend brunch next time but not Zen again.

The Leela Palace Bengaluru is beautiful to look at , built literally like a palace, but also great to stay at. The room was very comfortable and the staff was very hospitable and helpful.

Undoubtedly The Leela Palace is one of the finest luxury hotels in Bangalore. Luxury reverberates throughout the hotel right from the exterior architecture to the interiors.It is maintained with international standards with many people across the globe visiting it.The rooms are great with variety of tariffs and are of global standards and they have very spacious lounges, well decorated with arts, artefacts and also a good blend of nature. Water has also been used appropriately in their interior designs to improve the aesthetics.The professionalism of the staff is very evident right from the way they present themselves, to the way the flowers are decorated in the vases.I would certainly recommend Leela for any of my important guests. As an international traveller, I just felt that the receiving staff at the entrance can be slightly more proactive in receiving and guiding people to where they want to go or may be add a few extra direction boards.I honestly wanted to give a 4.5 stars but since the option is unavailable, Im settling with 4.Overall, Leela is a great recommendation!

This property is huge with a luxury shopping mall and has 3 restaurants and a bar. It also has a small path to walk around in the well maintained garden with a tiny waterfalls which adds on to the beauty of this place.The room looked so luxurious with ample space and alongside a small balcony. The interiors had a rich royal look with basic amenities.We had breakfast at Citrus Restaurant located in the basement. The food was fantabulous with good spread of different delicacies.The people at the reception were warm and courteous. Check-in and Check-out process was contactless. The staff here keep greeting with a smile when you walk around the premises :) We had some issues with the bathtub and it was fixed in no time. The swimming pool was not operational due to covid restrictions but it looked amazing though!

My stay at Leela Palace was just great. Farzana and Bakul were very helpful at Check-in and explaining almost everything about the hotel. Deepanshu and Tokir were very hospitable in Citrus. Everything was as it should be. Great service, tasty food, Clean Sauna, comfortable room. Good job Leela.

Why was it Excellent?We visited and stayed here for a couple of days on my birthday, must say that the place itself is a must visit just for the architecture and design! Very much impressed with the huge pillars and antique wooden furniture! Rooms were stunning and incredibly clean. I remember it was raining heavily the evening after we checked in and it was blissful view of the garden from the balcony! The beautiful lotus pond with fishes and the temple pillars gave it an ethnic touch. The breakfast buffet was unforgettable( Ham and cheese with bacon, pancakes with freshly whipped cream and berries were my favourites). Overall, a Royal stay! Will visit again♥️
