Courtyards at Estero has been an amazing place to live at these past few years. I’m relocating for a job, and that is the only reason I am leaving. The staff and maintenance team is fantastic and always quick to respond. Any trouble I had, they were quick and efficient about it. The one thing I did not like about the community was that it wasn’t smoke free. But other than that, it’s a great place for everyone, and for your furry friends as well. Highly recommend !

The courtyards is a very clean, quiet and pleasant place to live. the homes are set up in a very spacious floor set with modern appliances that have worked perfect from day one. Maintenance team is also very prompt as is admin with any questions or concerns.

You must visit this community, drive around, talk to the residents and youll see what a top-notch living environment all around. Judy, Marty and the Maintenance team are real pros who care, they aim to make your stay a superb experience. If I could rate this great community a 6 I would, I miss it already after relocating. Theres absolutely no better place to live in all of Estero and sorrounding towns.

Living at Courtyards at Estero is great! My apartment is spacious and very livable. I especially love that all apartments have their own front entrance on the ground level with no outside stairwells. The grounds are beautiful and it feels like I am residing in a small neighborhood. Judy and Marti are very friendly, professional and easy to work with. Any concerns or maintenance issues are dealt with immediately and in an excellent manner.

Reading peoples comments about noise from I-75 or being able to hear their neighbors is hilarious😆. News Flash! You leased an “apartment” located 6 feet from the freeway. I have a view of the off ramp from my place. The noise is minimal considering the close proximity. Every now and then I can hear my neighbors. If you want complete peace and quiet lease or purchase a home. The staff have all been great. Maintenance requests have been addressed promptly. The grounds are well kept and clean. At night the complex is quiet, my neighbors are seemingly polite, and Im happy to live here.

I Live at The Courtyards at Estero for two plus Year. I am completely satisfy with the customer service from the Staff. Always there to provide excellent service. and Listen to all my concerns. The new Grill BBQ Area is amazing. The pool is always available and very flexible to use. Parking is always very easy to find. In my two years I have not complaints in regards of the Staff, Main Office and Maintenance. Every Maintenance issue it get fix the same day or the next day. Overall It is the best Apartment Complex I have ever Live. A++ to everything at Courtyard at Estero.

Awesome complex.. wonderful team of people working there. The grounds are kept very clean and the pool deck as well. They try to involve the community with events and parties which is great. Its a great location. Highly recommended.

Having lived here since May 2016, and not going anywhere soon, I find myself feeling more at home here with each passing day. The apartments are spacious, reasonably priced, and convenient to everything I possibly need access to. The staff is courteous, helpful, and quick to address any issues or needs I may have. My husband & I recently moved to the area from Indiana. We looked at a few apartments and by far Court Yard at Estero was the best. Judy & Marti are great super friendly & professional. My son was the tenant at Courtyards at Estero but we cannot say enough great things about the complex but more importantly the wonderful staff there. You have two ladies in the rental office that dont just come to work everyday but honestly care about their tenants and always go the extra mile to make things the best they can be. We were from out of town and my son chose this apartment site unseen, but also made his decision based on the amazing assistance he received from Judy and Marti. They walked us through all the details knowing that he was relocating from 1500 miles away and made his move in smooth and easy. Their follow-up is fantastic and they are always willing to go that extra mile to make you happy!! I was lucky enough to meet in person and was greeted with a hug......you dont get this kind of service normally. As the mom in the transaction, it was a comfort to know that these ladies were on staff and so professional and caring in treating their residents. The apartment was spacious and clean as a whistle, the complex was super clean inside and out and was always maintained beautifully. I would highly recommend the Courtyards at Estero, you will be very happy you rented there!!

I love it here!! The office is very nice and always helpful. Anytime I have an issue its fixed the same day with no questions asked. Very quiet neighborhood. I was worried about the noise factor with the complex being so close to 75....Im on an end unit yards away from the highway and I hear nothing, day or night.

I dont even know where to start. Ive lived here for almost a year now and it has been the worst experience I have ever had by far! And this coming from someone who has lived in college dorms most of my life. When we moved in it was brand new and were told there would be a gate, dog park, and it would be soundproof. None of these things were true. There has never been a gate nor will there ever be. The dog park turned into a retention pond right next to my building. And do not get me started with the soundproofing. If you love hearing everything your neighbors do including every step, word, door slam, and lets not forget the interstate right outside your soundproofed windows then this is the place for you. One time I heard my neighbor sneeze yelled out bless you jokingly thinking he wouldnt hear me, but he did, and thanked me. And the women in the office will basically tell you youre crazy and there is nothing they can ever do. Oh and your water bill will never get to you and when it does itll already be considered late and dont expect to be able to pay your rent online because they will change billing companies every month, so thats a plus. Im not sure how anyone could actually enjoy living here, so I would strongly advise against it, especially if you like actually getting sleep and not being kept up by your neighbors foot steps all night.

I’ve been living here for a few months, I’m in my PHD program at FGCU. I was living at coastal for the past 5 years but needed a more professional place to live. This place is great! There’s a lot of young professionals and young families here. It’s great for studying, nice and quiet here. The apartments are nice and clean. When I moved in, the apartment looked like nobody has ever lived there before. The staff is great, maintenance men fix everything. Great place for me, and anyone that wants a professional place to live

Living here is great! My dog and I love attending the dog park! It’s always very well kept and enjoyable to use. The front office staff are always friendly and there to answer any of my questions. I’d recommend living here to anyone!

Very glad I did my research to pick a new apartment complex, and after meeting the great Marti at this front office, I was sold! She’s involved, has a great personality, and was very nice. She told us everything we needed to know about The courtyards of Estero, as well as locations to live nearby. After about 6 months living here I couldn’t be happier. Management is your friend, and responds to issues promptly!

I have been here a year and it has been a very pleasant expierence. This is better than your normal apartment community. It feels more like a townhouse community. The residents are friendly and courteous. Maintenance people are very prompt although I only used them 3 times. I have never had an issue here and have signed for another year.

Hi, I’m going on my second year living here. I’m a student at FGCU and this is the Perfect place to live. It’s super clean, super nice and up to date. Plank hard wood flooring which is easy to clean. I moved from a 1BR to 2BR a week ago, the new apartment was SPOTLESS and was ready for me in 3 days, which fit my time schedule. This is a perfect place for me to pursue my degree only being 5 minutes from school and close to town center and coconut point. The Facilities are outstanding but what makes this place a 6 Stars is the staff. Judy and Marti do a great job with all the paperwork and office stuff. Then Larry and Ariel come out within the day to fix a work order. 10/10 in all aspects

I have lived here for about 1.5 years and the experience has been very pleasant. The price of rent is reasonable and the grounds are well maintained including the pool. Neighbors are a nice mix of people - students, young professionals, retirees, etc. Finally, the staff receives an A+. Clean up after Hurricane Irma was quick and efficient. Just yesterday my AC stopped working and seriously within an hour maintenance responded and had it fixed. This was on a Sunday! Wow! I definitely recommend Courtyards at Estero!

I truly enjoyed my time living here. The apartments are beautiful, the staff is great, and the amenities are perfect. Recommend living here for anyone working working in Estero or even commuting to Fort Myers or Naples. The apartments are right next to the highway which makes everything easier.

This complex is fantastic the management is very friendly and extremely helpful with any issue. Maintenance is very prompt and will do anything to resolve your issue. I’m in a professional program so I wanted to get away from the “college scene” and did just that. Very respectful and friendly neighbors. Beautiful living areas as well as pool, gazebos, and purgulas for grilling. Very good young professional and quiet complex! Definitely a 1000% better than living in the college associated complexes if you like to have quiet evenings! Lived in coastal for multiple years and first time I had a full nights sleep with out being woken up from a party was when I moved in here! Very great fun to have found this complex.

The staff is not great. The amenities are great if they work. What ever you do never talk to Martie!! She is Judys puppet. If you get Martie at a time when Judy is not there she is a different person. She may not be able to get things done but she is at least much nicer when she lies about it. Will not renew this lease

We were new to the area and deciding between Oaks of Estero and Courtyards at Estero. Pricey but average price for the area and liked the fact that they were brand new. We had two or three noise complaints because of our dog, which Ive never heard him do, and one for a TV? The walls are so thin, we could hear the peoples conversation above us. Keep in mind, these are apartments and its common to hear some noise! If you want complete silence, its probably best to move into a home! Our apartment was kept very clean. When we moved back we were supposed to get $400 back for security deposit. Only ended up getting $180 back for miscellaneous charges..Theres also a big bug/ant problem. Called to have them spray because we ended up having to throw a lot of food out, as well as a big bag of dog food, but took them a week to get there. The area is convenient, as its close to the airport, shopping, and the beach, but I feel there are better places to live.

I love living here! It’s a warm community where I feel safe. The office staff is wonderful, always available to answer questions and help when needed. Looking forward to signing my next lease!

We moved here in November of 2018 and have loved it. The staff is great! Every interaction we have had with Marti and other members of the team have been courteous and professional. I have put in a couple of work orders and Larry has been out to address them usually with-in the same day. The grounds are well maintained and the exterminators come out every other month. We have used the pool, fitness center, barbeques grills, and the dog park and never experienced any issues.The actual location is perfect if you want to walk to restaurants, hop on 75 or want to go to Coconut Point Mall of the Outlet Mall.Tucked between Fort Myers and Bonita Springs we are about a half hour away from all that SW Florida has to offer.

So far everyone has been terrific! Had A.C. issue and really Professional repair guy was there in 10 minutes! All was fixed with no problems. Great pool and Lounge!!

TERRIBLE!I would’ve preferred a garbage can with a locking door, honestly. Couldn’t have felt much different than living here! READ ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS BEFORE SIGNING! APPEARANCES CAN BE DECEIVING! Especially the management.. “Judy” loves to threaten ppl with her lawyers, as if that’s supposed to scare you? “Marti” is just Judys little puppet, and along with the smart attitude she’ll give you, don’t expect her to get anything done. She only seems to work when “Judy” is in the office, what a coincidence! I could go on & on, just make sure you read these reviews carefully. (The 1 star ones) That way you’ll get a review from someone who’s actually lived here!

From day one there was something wrong with this place. Maintenance requests were horrible. The cabinets were crap when installed, took almost 3 months of having no cabinet faces at all in the apartment. The water bill was constantly an issue. make sure you keep your receipts because they will screw you if they can. The apartment was cleaned spotlessly but unfortunately we didnt take pictures. Make sure you take pictures before you move out. The management claimed the bath tubs were black and they were not. You certainly dont get what you pay for. They look nice from the outside but looks can be very deceiving. So thankful my daughter doesnt live here anymore! It is very sad considering you pay SO MUCH and get SO LITTLE!!!!!!

I have lived here for just about 1 year and my personal experience has been very pleasant. The complex is always kept very well maintained and the pool is kept clean. I especially enjoy the large courtyard, where I play frisbee and the bbq grilling area with new grills that are very nice. The staff in the leasing office is always friendly and eager to help. Overall, living here has been an excellent experience. I would recommend it to anyone!

My son lived there for a couple years. Its a nice place. But beware of when you leave. They not only fleece you for the security deposit. They chase you for more! They also claim the extra security deposit for having a dog was a one time fee and therefore not applied to so-called damages. As a co-signer I tried to negotiate down Their ridiculous charges. They wouldnt budge.

2 year resident here. Great maintenance and front office staff who are very attentive to any issues and problems, which are usually resolved within the day. Great amenities. Recommend for anyone!

Hi im currently staying at the court yards Estero....from the first day i arrived everything has been perfect! its safe...clean...i felt right at home instantly. The front office management Judy & Marty have been wonderful..they are always available for a question and easily approachable...they left no stone unturned to make sure all and any needs were met....The only problem is....i dont want to leave!! :( but i will be back a soon as i can! Thankful i found Courtyards at Estero.. Lori

This is one of the better living options here in Estero..we love the peace and quiet and accessibility to restaurants, malls and gas stations..the leasing office folks are very helpful.Overall great place both for families and single people.

The staff has been professional and courteous since I moved here nearly a year ago. Ive enjoyed my apartment and garage. In other reviews, Ive seen a reference to a car break in where the individual complains that the community didnt pay him damages. Not sure what legal basis there is for expecting they would, as all leasing companies refuse to take on such a liability. Also, the reference to a shooting in November nearby is misleading since what actually occurred was a law enforcement officer got attacked on the expressway, leading to someone shooting the assailant in defense of the officer.

I have been renting here since May 2016. While I love my apartment, I cannot stand the management here. Marti is rude and always has an attitude and Judy likes to threaten people with her lawyers. This place was advertised as having soundproof walls, a dog park, and the promise of having cars with no parking permits towed. First of all, the walls are far from being soundproof. I constantly hear my neighbor upstairs stomping around and slamming the front door. When I emailed a complaint about a party upstairs on a Monday night at 11 pm, I was called by Marti a few days later. Marti told me I was hallucinating and that the neighbor was out of town on vacation. Funny how someone can be on vacation yet they are seen driving around everyday. They must have some strong paranormal activity going on up there. Clearly, Marti didn’t want to deal with it. When I inquired about the cars with no parking permits, I was told, again by Marti, that they were out of permits. No car has ever been towed from the property that doesn’t belong there and parking is hard to find past 5 pm on any given day. Neighbors have people living there that are not on the lease and have been for months yet they get away with it. The dog park that was advertised in May 2016 didn’t come into existence until after Hurricane Irma in September 2017. False advertisement at it’s finest. There are constant poop piles all over the complex and around my front door. If I can manage to pick up after my dog, why aren’t others being made to pick up theirs? I refuse to take my dog in the dog park because of all the poop in there. I have attached photos of the poop in the grass, a poop bag in the bushes, and managements golf cart parked in the handicap access. Since management likes to pretend that they are law enforcement officers, then they should know that parking in the handicap access is illegal and should be subject to fines. Finally, I have also attached a picture of the maintenance man napping by the pool in the middle of the day. Quality service right there. Oh and Judy, please be aware that you have been seen on numberous occasions having your family and friends in our community pool at night when it’s closed. I guess the rules don’t apply to you or anyone who kisses your rear end.

The staff as well as the facility is very pleasant and courteous. The apartments are clean, modern, and enjoyable. I do not regret my decision of moving here at all.

I am 65 years old and have never rented an apartment before. My husband and I moved into Courtyards two years ago, we are waiting for our condo to be built. What a pleasant surprise! The units are up to date open floor plans. The location is fantastic, close to everything we love to do: FGCU, Estero Community Park, and Coconut Mall for dining, shopping, and movies. However, what we love most is the exceptional onsite team that manages the apartment complex! Judy has put a great team in place. We are always treated with honesty and respect with any issue that may arise. Maintenance or utility/appliance breakdowns are usually handled within an hour of reporting. We couldn’t be more pleased!

They advertised soundproof walls, pet friendly, and a new build apartments. We’ll when I moved in there was paint splattered on my carpet, the molding all around the bathroom was destroyed, the drawers in the kitchen fall off the rail every day, the cabinet next to the fridge won’t open because it is such a tight fit, the staff charges for the most ridiculous fees, a sewer fee is more than the water bill every month, and the walls are the absolutely farthest thing from soundproof. I can hear conversations from neighbors upstairs, behind us, and next door to us. We get complaints about have pool gear on our patio because it is not patio furniture, yet there is 3 leather couches on the patio down the road. There is dog waste all over the lawns. The only reason I gave it one star is the grill area.

My vehicle was broken into while parked in the parking lot overnight. The window was smashed out, luckily nothing was stolen. The community did not offer to pay for the damages nor were there any camera footage or gates. There was also a shooting right outside the complex back in November... They are very inconsistent with there water billing as well. I left my bag of trash outside my door for a few hours before I was going to walk it down to the dumpster and they grabbed it and charged me $25... One of the most poorly run communities I have ever lived in. I do NOT recommend it.

I moved into The Courtyards at Estero July 31, 2017. I moved over from Fort Lauderdale and had a place lined up that fell through at the last minute. I called two weeks prior to my move and spoke to Judy who told me to come up that Saturday at 10am to look at the apartment. I showed up and had a tour with Marti. I immediately feel in love with the layout, square footage of the one bedroom with a porch, and of course the wood floors and wood cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom! The apartment was only lived in by one other person when I moved in! I signed my lease that day and was approved within 2 days! Marti and Judy made my move 100x’s easier! Moving across the state is not easy, but knowing you have a place to go is comforting! I never had a single problem in the entire year that I lived there. I believe the only time I needed maintence was for the garbage disposal clogging up and the guys were there the next day and all was fixed for the remainder of my stay. I’ve read some of the previous reviews and not a single one of them make sense. I stopped by to talk to either Marti or Judy at least once a week because they were so welcoming and warm! Never got an attitude from either one or was rushed out for having a friendly conversation. They are awesome ladies and run that neighborhood great! Most people who complain on these reviews are the ones who did something wrong! As a teacher I was nervous about living so close to the college, but I must say the nights were always quiet. The property is well maintained, no trash anywhere, dog poop being picked up is highly enforced, and the lawn and landscape is always maintained! The pest control was in the apartment monthly and I never had any issues with any ants or roaches! The only reason why I moved out after a year was because I bought a house, if not I would have signed another year lease! Don’t believe all of the reviews you see, this was a great and safe neighborhood to live in! I look forward to going by once in awhile to visit Marti and Judy!

My mom lived in this community and she always had issues with her billing and the management not being transparent. With all the struggles she faced I would highly recommend not living here.

I have lived here for 2 years now and have enjoyed my stay very much. The location is great, right next to miramar outlets short drive to coconut pointe, and easy access to the expressway. Maintenance has always rectified any issues in a timely and efficient manner, and they often have pest control come to spray in order to ensure there are no bugs. There is a fenced dog park with shaded seating for a pet friendly environment, as well as a car wash station on the opposing side of the complex. The pool area is great! There are shaded cabanas and another covered area with a fan to cool down. Theres a grill patio too with brand new stainless steel grills which are great for cookouts by the pool! The office staff couldnt be friendlier, as they often host community parties around the holidays where they offer free food and raffles to win prizes. The complex is also a short distance to restaurants such as Applebees, Rib City, Culvers, & Fridays. There is also an Embassy Suites within walking distance if you have family and friends visiting that need a close place to stay.

First of all the biggest issue is the management marty and Judy the worst people to work there. they are very rude and very lazy. Marty let’s her dog run around without a leash along with letting him/her poop everywhere without picking it up and then charges other people when there dog gets loose and they do the same thing. The apartments are very nice as well as the property but because of the management we had to get out of there. They put very rediculus charges on you for little things that they could just warn you about and further most when we did decide to leave there early Marty and Judy randomly decide to put a $500 charge on our account for no reason and when we called about it they said that they followed ( stalking) us I guess and said that we had an unauthorized animal in our apartment but yet when they said that they seen that we were in a completely different state at the time. They said that they had video proof but when I tried to confront them about it and asked them to show me they started threating me and kept hanging up on me. We have heard multiple times that managment has taken multiple people to court over things THE MANAGMENT THEMSELVES do. Managment needs to be changed for this place to stay in business. The only reason for the one star is because the complex itself is nice but I don’t suggest living here based on that. I have heard attempts to throw people out for things that never happened just because they want money. The fire alarm as well went off every single day for carbon monoxide and that within itself is a safety hazard and they did NOTHING about it. The girls upfront are just plain lazy and don’t fix problems that are a big safety concern to their residences. There are no cameras on property but they like to threaten with them and don’t be tricked by the maintence team. They are lazy as well and say they fix problems that are not fixed. All in all the managment has to go to make this place go even close to above 2 stars and that is why I had to get out of there.

Dangerous , there has been a shooting and 40 car robberies here this year, reference the local news. Very expensive for being right next to the highway.

This facility was one of the worst experiences Ive ever come across. Im from Georgia and visited my friend, and only heard terrible things from not only him but other residents.

Just dont do it. you pay too much for the stuff you have to go through.
