Vasanth & Co is one of the best shop to buy the Home appliances and Electronics equipments. Friendly staff and they engage well when I visited to provide the product info and schemes available. They have very good collection of the LED TV, Home theatre displayed, Laptops, Mobiles, various brands of Air conditioner, Refrigerators, air coolers, Water heaters, washing machines, Grinders, Mixer grinders, Fans, Water purifiers and many more small appliances.

Very bad service not minding the customer if they have any issues. As of I bought the washing machine Bosch it got some problem we are have insurance everything but when we calling vasanth and co manager talking very rudely and saying it will take time to send person . We registered on last month 20th October about repair problem so far they are sending anybody . When we buy things only they show they teeth too much after that any issues idoits not responding at all. Better anything need to buy go for another shop.Manager is stupid really dont know how to talk to elderly people also.

Worst customer service, I bought bajaj aircooler on 09.03.2020. It was failured on 23.3.2020. After lockdown the shop opened on 11th may and I filed a service request in person to the showroom.Till now nobody came from service centre, I filed a service request to bajaj call centre, they told vasanth & co didnt filed any service quries to bajaj.Worst selling and customer service.
