Worst hospitality.Yesterday, I visited first cry, erode. As soon as we entered into the shop we felt like chocking as there was no ventilation. We understand, AC can not be operated due to COVID situation, but we asked for a fan atleast to breath. The staff there replied that no fan available. I asked how can we stand here for few minutes and purchase if there is no ventilation. The way they replied was rude and we were disappointed by them. We have been purchasing in first cry in Chennai, karur and we never faced this type of difficulties. Hope, concerned official will look into that.

I referred my friend and he was very skeptical regarding hygiene during this pandemic time.Even I was surprised how the staff handles the products and treated us.Now stopped buying online from the first cry site and started going here for the explanation and ideas.

Really disappointed on there babyhug wipes which I bought on march 24 2020 the product was expired in april2020 total 3 pieces I have purchased in that two pieces get expired.

Store serves the kids clothing and toys needs. All the essentials for kids can be found here. Staffs are cordial and suggests and shows products for our needs. Overall it is a great place and store provides good user experience.

First and foremost thing, you get the products at online price which means you get to see and feel the product before your actual purchase. Secondly they get to understand your needs and guide us in the purchase process, which means you get to choose the right product without confusion. U can go to this store only fr the brand and quality of firstcry. Very very poor customer service .the sales person s all focused in letting out the customer out of the shop and the owner s not at all attentive to the customer. Another salesman cheated me by giving girls innerwears instead of boys . As its lockdown period v cant check and get the product. Those who are going to this shop ,plz check the bill carefully before getting out of the shop

Never think about returing the product at any cause even package is not opened. Went to the shop as they promised on accepting the return with in 2 days. But they failed to accept on next day. Better to go with first cry online store or other shops.Reply for below:When the product is no longer necessary why should we have to go with next size of same item and pay extra. One simple thing is train and explain about terms and conditions to employees and ongoing offers, so they can share the same to customers while purchase.

Dont buy any kind of products from Firstcry Erode I bought a Meemee Breast pump with 24 months of warranty.the product is not Woking properly for 2 months.they wont give any solution.waste of money and time fake items.poor customer service .
