Really more than 20 watches we had bought from fastrack showrooms , particularly within this two months we purchased 5 watches. but never before we had this experience, very very very bad customer service, really felt so bad, after purchasing watch from this showroom we feel like we should never return to this showroom.. very bad kindly do look after it

Worst customer service i have ever seen in my life. Twin brothers who may be d owner of the shop. But hes treating all the employees and customers like slaves. Not even allowing the customers to touch the watch. They keep on saying like I have invested huge money, dont take photos inside shop, dont use the phone to check price in online if u do so then check the price outside the shop not inside. So please dont prefer this shop, check for some other shop.
