Worst experience I had in processing loan with HDFC. They dont bother after you pay the processing fee. They dont give complete details about loan, at the end they will ask you to pay insurance amount which is actually not required. But still you will be in a situation to pay. Executive dont much knowledge on the loan details. And the response from them is also very worst. First, they should be educated for loan process. And for processing a loan, it took more than 3 months and finally I cancelled my loan application. My suggestion is dont go for hdfc if youre in urgent need of money.

Most irresponsible & pathetic place to get a housing loan from. For any part-payment or fore-closure of loan, the officials would be very happy to delegate it for 4 extra days. They have this self satisfaction of making you pay interest for those extra 4 days. So sincere in making money for HDFC. The manager never responds to any of your email. The worst thing is, there is no online option for part-payment in HDFC. Incase you try to pay upfront, the officials will pathetically lie that they will have to get approval from Chennai Office to accept the part-payment. Immature sales & marketing team. Trying to force sell, unwanted Insurance, when we approach for loan. They never mind about the existing customers. The very poor response, Even they never attend the call or respond to emails. I dont know the purpose of the contact details.To public:If you are looking for a bank to take a new housing loan. My kind advice please prefer some other bank.Note: They strictly follow the working hours and timings. Even if the closing time is 5.15 PM they shutdown their systems by 4.00 PM(based on the response).

Worst experience so far with any of the Bank I have visited. Knowing my request is from other branch & city, they made me wait for couple of hours. Representative doesnt know to answer my questions. They made me to visit again after I left the bank for missing signature. I reached bank at 11.30 am, they have completed my work and sent me back at 4 pm. This includes their Tea break, lunch break. For which I have waited sitting idle doing nothing.

Pathetic experience. If u belive in brand name and if u go here for home loan u will be surprised for sure. And if u want to see something which is slower than a sloth sure u should visit here and check out the processing speed. Particularly if u r located in tiruchengode and u want to apply for a home loan then your life will be miserable. Because home loan processing will be done in erode for tiruchengode customers. No dedicated representatives for tiruchengode, there is a common represents whos looking after namakkal who will look after tiruchengode too. So sure processing delay will be there. If u r in tiruchengode and want to apply loan in HDFC sure you have to rethink. For a simple process they took nearly 3hrs and gave an explanation that its because of server issues. And for Making premium payments you have to visit the branch no online facility.

You have to wait for hours and hours. Executives will not pick up the call. You will be forwarded to 2 to 3 persons from one to another. Instead of getting proper response you will get a road fight feel when you talk to the female staff.

Executive will never pick the call and won’t even respond to mails .And they will never inform the documents required and processWorst experience such an unprofessional behaviour
