Worth using red taxi. If am not in Home Town its vry safe to use for if any emergency or drop and pick up with kids. I fell safe and economy. Continue this service 👍

They charged money through unfair trade practice.. They have hidden terms which put the customer to suffer monitorily.. No logic behind their hidden terms.. A clear case for unfair trade practice.. You cant book their vehicle from Erode to any place in Coimbatore except Gandhipuram.. Otherwise you will have to pay up and down charges from the drop point to Gandhipuram.. Totally illogical and unfair..

Red taxi we can’t prefer for safety ride... taxi charges are ok compared to other taxi... for long ride or distance just think ride. But local rides this’s best taxi service...This review is only my experience not to hurt anyone

Hai guys... I am booked a cab here from pallipalayam to erode junction on today 25th April and requested to pick up at 7.45pm. While booking time, many times I asked them like any issue is avl to pick up this lock down period or not?? For that they simply replied like no issue and just keept it ticket copy. I received booking confirmation msg. So am also believed that and waited upto 7.30pm. Not received any call from drivers and not received any cab allotment details.While calling to booking number nobody picking the call.. in last minute I came to junction through my relative bike.. Zero response from red taxi.. if they cant able to arrange cab on time means need to give intimation well advance to customers. But without doing that, simply avoiding to pick up customers calls.. it is very worst attitude from erode office..Money and quality is different. But attitude and behavior only will act major role in a business.in that point of view erode red taxi will be in zero only..I am totally disappointed with their service.

The policy and system towards the cab driver is very pathetic. I booked a cab via app and cancelled bcoz the road was jammed. But the red taxi blocked the driver for one whole day without giving any trips!!!! This is totally unfair. Strongly recommend you to revisit this policy.

I changed from RED TAXI to FAST TRACK because of a bitter experience with a rude & rogue driver. He even tried to assault me.

Drivers doesnt wear Mask un safe to travel in these cabs for now...

In compare with other taxi they provide good quality specially for local customers.in my view they are best in customer service ya,they provide moat valuable customer service.they shows cost value and kms in erode they are the first to do this...even their number is also fancy which makes customers more convenient...

It is very awesome...and the drivers also very kind...but at the same time,for waiting ,they are charging ₹1 for one min...so I thought its very high...and my nephew vomitted in the taxi itself so they charged ₹350 for water wash.. if you are taking long ride ,you should take the precautions before itself.
