After seeing AK TEX video in Youtube we decided to book sarees online.There was no proper response to customers. After 2 days i gave my order. They sent me a wrong Sarees as i was asking for other varient. They asked me to return the parcel. They did not refund me for extra courier charges. I paid around 5500 rupees + courier picking chrges and returning charges around 480 rs. They did not respond after receiving the parcel also. Almost 1 week i was calling them and fed up. Later a sales girl named suganya working there picked my call. Her tone of talk was really bad. Thats not a way to talk to a customer. She was quite rude. Then i asked for owner personal number. Then he picked up my call and said he will place order. i dont know when the parcel is going to come to my hand
