Worst opticals ever I have visited in my lifetime so far.Purchased a frameless glass.they doesnt even know basics of opticals. Cost of frame and glass(crizal eyezen glass)includes more than 6,000/- but doesnt even worth for simple polycarbonate glass.Thickness of glass is more,comparing to this much price. please save u r precious eyes. Not even worth for 2,000/-.glass and frame quality also not good.

I have bad opinion because of their customer service. Like vadivelu comedy if u order special dosa they will give raw idly mix not even dosa.

Very poor service.I have bought two pair of spectacle. The lens is not upto the mark and round patches started appearing on the face of lens. When I contacted the shop I received poor response from the sales personal. Dont buy lens and frame from here. Toooooo costly with pooooor quality.....

I would say this shop is one of the worst opticals in the Erode City. The frames what all they selling is the sub-standard and low quality frames with a high prize. Most of the people in Erode do not have knowledge on choosing the right frames. so this kind of shop taking advantages of the ignorance of the humble people.There are many glass type like anti-glar and anti-reflector. but those sales person dose not know any thing about that and just say 300Rs, 500Rs, 800Rs glasses are there. if we ask about the difference between them they just say it all depends on quality.Then If I ask about what kind of quality in it, then they will say its all from different company. So just like a grocery shop they sell spectacles.believe me people, the glass what they selling for 250 to 300Rs is just a 80 to 120Rs glass.In city there are some optical where they have good frames based on prize. like lenzoVision, Lawrence & Mayo. People think its all a costly shop. On comparing the shop like bright optialcs, (Erode) spending money on branded item is far better.moreover take care of your eyes not your money. then you fail to earn the money finallyNote: I have tried lenzovision of chennai- urapakkam, which is ont GST road which is good and have quality products. and dont have idea about other branch.

Quotes higher prices for the frames that you could get it online for much lesser prices. Paid nearly Rs 3000 for a frame by mistake. Never visit this place!
