Visited the bank for gold loan n was ill treated by their appraiser. He didnt even know the basic knowledge of gold valuation. He kept on scratching the gold for minutes n initially said 20 carat for the jewel. He again scratched the same jewel n said 18 carat. Those who need gold loan, dont ever go to yesbank.
