Worst service i ever had.. A parcel was sent to me and they had it in Erode main branch for more than a week.. I checked the status using AWB and was waiting for their call to get delivery.. After a week, I called them to enquire the status, the staffs simply said my place is out of service area. what the hell you were doing when you received the parcel? why you are not caring to update the status in online or intimate the customers about it?I visited the place to collect the parcel and i was waiting for almost 10mins.. noone bother to ask me what do i need.. Never opt for DTDC in my lifetime..

Very very very poor service.. they are consuming money to deliver the goods but, they are not deliver parcels to respective address.. we only went to search the parcel service office then we have to collect from their offices.. simply they are not handling courier service.. They are doing logistics office without door delivery..Very poor response.. do not courier with DtDc😡

Worst customer service. He called me and informed like i need to come to dtdc erode to pick the order. That to the package was very heavy. He also said they stopped the door delivery. Dont even understand if they stopped door delivery then why they are accepting the order when we are approaching.I really dont know what the purpose of couriier when we didnt get it delivered to our home. When he came for home for delivery he was shouting at us. I really dont know if im asking them to deliver the package at my home is any offence that i did???

I had a terrible experience with DTDC courier at erode yesterday and this is happening consecutively.Please try to avoid using DTDC service in erode .They are not at all customer oriented and very irresponsible. Even after the courier reaches them ,they will not deliver and keep it with them with out informing us and only after multiple follow ups they actually work on it .In my case even after multiple follow ups they told multiple excuses that they would deliver in 20 mins and after 20 mins if we call he will simply say that he came but could not locate our address and thats is why he left etc..He gave my courier in DTDC office and told them that Im not available and he routed my courier to origin ..we somehow spoke to head office and stopped it ..But it is very useless service .We can prefer bluedart or professional courier instead.!!!!!

Pathetic experience. Staffs not co operating and not customer focused. Delivery took 2 days time. I made follow up and search.Guven phone number was switched off. Staffs are not friendly and courtesy. My first and last experience...

Irresponsible !They will take the parcel if that product to be delivered area not in their scope. They will not intimate or send back.

Worst courier I have ever seen on service as well as customer support , for of there is an unserviceable location for them first of all they should not take the item itself or later after wards they came return the parcel to orgin or mention the status over the portal to customer to correct the same very bad experience over here....
