Very poor not providing proper service and response

For installation we had a Very bad customer service. Purchased Sony Led 7500H model on 5th sept. Its been 1week installation request has been raised but no one has come till now. We bought sony for having good service but looks like better could have purchased LG or Samsung.

I gave my Sony-KDL49x8500B (3D)MODEL for service. Based on their suggestion, I handed over the TV to them personally. To identify the problem, they kept the TV under observation for 2 days. They identified the problem and rectified. After 2 days of observation, I collected my TV. Now it is working very smoothly without any problem. Service Engineers are well capable and very cordial. Excellent Service extended to me. Thanks to Sony and thanks to Sharon Electronics team as a whole. I am very happy and well satisfied about their service. Keep it up.
