Good customer service

Purchased a frameless specs here and told them to have the lens cut as per a sample shape that was available at the shop. However upon receiving the specs the left and right lens were of different shapes and it looked like an inexperienced technician had cut the lens. I raised a complaint online and had it reworked. Still the shapes are not perfect. I probably have to buy new lens for that frame once again and this time definitely not at this shop. When I pay premium price at Titan Eye Plus, I expect the work and finish to be perfect.
