Doctor sivagamu was the doc who made me hav a natural delivery 3years ago fr my pregnancy this time sadly i couldnt go to her due to she not being available at d moment of my delivery all i could say is sivagamu maaam is the best most humble loving and smiley doctor! I have given a single star only to submit my review and due to my very bad experience with the Visiting Doctors (who just say how are you and hardly stay with inpatient for not more than 15 seconds). This Hospital does not have a single Speciality Doctor. After admitting my father, I came to know that most of the inpatients now are COVID-19. Very risky for out patients and inpatients as they all are risking their lives. Neither the Doctors, nor the Nurses are serious about their duties. But, when it comes to money making, they all have extraordinary skills by birth, to admit you in ICU, to insist you for taking scans and laboratory tests. It doesn’t end here, even the final discharge bill is overcharged for the pleasant stay (bathroom shower not working and a/c remote missing). If you do not go into the detailed breakdown of discharge bill and until you ask them (why this and for what and how come), you will get easily cheated. The discharge bill that I received was reduced from 100% to 48% after an overwhelming argument. We all know that HEALTH is WEALTH. So, this Hospital is strictly PROHIBITED for all age groups. If you do not believe in me, you can very well try. But do not forget to share your experience by writing a review.

Joined my mom in this Hospital for covid treatment. They have treated well very thankful to the lady in reception POORNIMA Garu and thank you to 2 other ladies over there.Excellent ward staff SHILPA akka Garu always available and taken all the needs for my mom whenever we have asked to do. Especially Dr. Surya Prakash Garu & Dr. Venkateshan Garu both are very down to earth people.Only thing need to improve about Hospital is responsiveness Nurses will never answer for your questions and we need to have more patience to wait for dr. First thing, i would like to make it clear that proper treatment was given by doctors, there was no lagging in that part, even if highly delayed.We came in for emergency, because their hospital was closest to us. Everything was really slow. No proper coordination, after emergency treatment was over it took several hours to be changed to a room until then patient (kid) was sitting just like that in emergency room because the alloted room wasnt ready yet. Even a simple bill takes them 15- 20 minutes to process. Room was given in second floor after almost 1.5hrs of waiting and these people didnt allow us to use the lift for attenders. Attenders were my 50 year old mother with severe knee problems and my pregnant sister. First time they adjusted but once my mom had to go to ground floor and had to get back to 2nd floor with some food and change of clothes weighing her down, she pleaded with the staff to let here use the lift due to her knee pain and she was simply redirected to other staffs and they also plainly rejected indicating the notice lift only for patients. What kind of management sets these kind of mindless rules?there was to be a checkup at next day early morning and to be discharged. But the checkup was delayed up to lunch time making discharge late, and the lift scenario repeated again. My mom told them you will also make me patient and left.Despite them charging premium? why such service?We were charged 10k for emergency + one night hospitalisation. Actual premium hospitals charge actually lesser.One of the worst hospitals, Never opt for them. Even in a emergency, next time we would opt for a hospital 15 min away from here without doubt.

Excellent hospitality and care:I had severe low abdomen pain and blood coming out from urine. Went to Sakthi hospital and met Dr Venkat. It was daignoised that i had multiple as much as 15 kidney stones and one measuring 12mm blocking the right ureter. Was immediately admitted for a surgery. Dr Venkat is very experienced in handling these surgeries and was happy to be in safe hands. Extremely polite and humble.Stayed there for two days. Well maintained and all hygiene and safety protocols followed.They have taken care so well I must say this is the best hospital experience I ever had.I must admit that the staff are well trained from security, ward boy, nurses, insurance team , lab technicians, and receptionists. Special mention to Poornima and Anita for their attention and care.Special thanks to Dr Sivagamu for giving a homely atmosphere.Overall a well run hospital with good doctors and staff. Trust them and you be rest assured they deliver the best in all aspects.

Most expensive hotel in Chennai. They charge you 40K for a night. Patient was not given any medicine. Attended by a doctor who dont know what he was doing and doesnt know the difference between CT Scan and Ultra Sound Scan. There was no specialist visits. But still you are charged for his visit. Out right robbery. I dont know how such hospital is allowed run in Chennai.

My father suffered sudden urinary retention and was treated at a local hospital.. He was on urine bag for 4 days.. Being a very acrive person, he got very depressed about the delay in other hospital.. My friend referred me to DR. VENKAT sir.. Morning 9 o clock, i contacted the doctor. By evening 4 pm, his urinary bladder stone was removed and sent home tge same night.. In half a day, my father got relieved so soon. I really find no word to express my gratitude towards VENKAT sir.. Its worst doctor, money minded peoples and i got throat milled throat infection one day before so that next day morning i went hospital and taken Rs.400 for consultation charge and staff nurse checked my Bp and tempreature which tempreatre 99 and doctar came and checked my health then he informed me you have yo take chest xray and blood test and i immediately said i dont have any problem just for throat pain and milled fever has started immediately he went out and he prespcribed only erithromycin and bcomplex tablete anyhow i came to house take gargling into hot water now its ok and i am not take any tablethouse and morning & evening taken hot salted g

Very poor customer services by Doctor and NursesDoctor Angel attended me and had to put 5 stiches between my knee and feet. She ended up with 4 stiches as I couldnt bear pain despite of proving Anesthesia. Had to visit again and this time it was a Male doctor (forgot name) who did the job fine. Nurses are very talkative and love to gossip about other workers there even during the time of operation.Very very wort place to be attended.

Nursing staffs are soo caring & very kind. There is no lift & canteen service in this hospital. This has disappointed me a lot climbing to 3rd floor in terrace with my mom she is heart patient & my mother in law who has under gone knee surgery- she also has to climb 3rd floor to visit my daughter who is undergoing Typhoid treatment in this hospital.Right from the breakfast till dinner we must go down to find the food from the nearest hotel. If this hospital would have taken any steps for canteen service - this would have helped us a lot.Anyway thank you Shakthi hospital & staffs for caring my daughter.

Worst hospital, they are only keen about your money and they loot from you, the entire hospital staffs are trained for looting, they are not giving my test reports at all because they just wanted to convince I have some diseases to get money. Difficult to access because its in narrow crowded market street. Parking is luck. Billing is a nightmare and restroom is pathetic. Only good thing is that chief doctors are polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

I had faced a worst service in this hospital when I was attending my friend who had consecutive fever and vomiting and cold. . .In this busy world attenders do change on day basis for taking care of patient..* If we ask for status, nurse irresponsible reply was that they wont say patient status for each and every attender attends the patient . . . .. so pathetic service..* If we say one issue, they treat and give medicine for some other issue . . For taking a dolo 650 why hospital is needed ??? one medical shop is needed . .* I believe nurses works there has amnesia . . whenever doctor says the medications and things to carry out for the patient, they dont take proper notes of it . . they do consult each and everything once again from the first.* even for not removing the surgical glouse of protection, nurse do shout at attenders for getting blaming from their doctor . .* Nurse service are very slow . . pathetic service . . Please do train the nurses how to handle patients and his or her family members some courtesy in smooth and easy way . .*
