Collections are okay but not good as the one in Chennai and Bangalore. However, the staffs over there are very attentive and helpful, everyone was really so calm and didnt rush us. Even the people on the billing counter are polite and helpful in the billing part and made sure we didnt choose any wrong size.

Were rude behavior, my ladies went for before 2 weeks.for purchasing 50 tops but they dont help them in billing area.head supervisor. They give the tops at 7 clock for billing but they not put billing for them

None of them look serious and attentive to the customers and are constantly engaged in small talk between themselves which is down right irritating. The guys in the Cash counter speak to you with a moronic face for no reason.( Couple of the staff were reasonably good). To be fair to these poor chaps (staff) all of them appear to have worked in small textile shops(with no disrespect to them), it should be the duty of the Management to teach and train them on the behavioural expectations in a premium store and the Management appears to be failed on that front.
