Best builder in erode who can give some kind heart to us and also there people are so good in behavior. Cost is also perfect. Must try.

You can buy from this builders and get things clarified on building layout approval properly. I might given 5 star if house tax arrangement has done. Still we are waiting for the approval for the house tax. After a year I had issue in door and it got replaced without additional cost and servicewise is good. I hope this owner will get this (building approval and house tax) issue fixed and we are waiting with trust.

From our experience, we suggest not to go for this builder.. They have many projects so they dont give concentrated work to your home...
