Yesterday I got installed skylink fiber through #Periyachienterprise #erode which is the worst service ever.I booked for 100mbps,but actual speed is only 25mbps and that is also not stable.Customer service is too bad ,sales person marketed by attracting free installation and router with 6months booking for₹4800 and odd.But Free router support 25% of actual speed,when I asked for cancellation of service,they didnt even respond.i raised complaint immediately after installation,I spoke to sales #priya #techsupport #Janani #Rajkumar,I requested #Rajkumar frm customer support for email on conversation of issue for further follow up ,he didnt send mail.every service person initiate the issue from beginning and suggest to use LAN cable instead of wifi and they are canvasing to buy a router for ₹3000 with them.purely cheating customers by locking long-term and no service.@skylinkfiber please cancel the service and refund the money .I couldnt even connect VPN for a min
