I found new life after visiting here. Doctors, Nurse, Admin staff, Pharmacy staff, Support staff, Councelling and reception staffs are doing their work very kindly. Staffs are clarifying if we have doubts at anytime. Overall good.

No Transparency in Bill Calculation.I have got treatment under medical insurance. But no bill for the products not covered by medical assistance. They will say only total amount. No splitwise details. No staff is willing to give it. I was disappointed.You cannot know about cost of medicines. You cannot cross verify. Poor system. Chance of getting cheated is high.

Dont go for covid treatment. They dont follow proper procedure, asks to get CT scan early. Usually CT scan should be done after 6 days of onset of symptoms. It has horrible waiting time too. You may need to wait for 6 to 7 hours to meet doctor. There is no token system ,they wont tell u how long it ll take to meet doctor. Medicines are costly but they are not recommended by govt

I went for COVID test (I was having high fever at that time and informed to them also), they made me to wait for 20-30 mins in the general reception area to complete the form and billing(Rs.2000).The test area is shared with other blood tests and few other stuffs, normal and covid sick people are clubbed. Since it was crowed that day I had to wait for 10 mins in direct sun outside. When i entered inside for testing i got dehydrated and almost fainted, there is not even water for patients, my brother(who is also sick) went to sudhas canteen which is ~500 meters far for there just to get the water.Next day evening when i called for results they said positive, you can come and collect the report. When we went lab in-charge just gave the results print out and left, I was puzzled like what next, when I asked her, she said thats it, if you want you can get a token/appointment and consult the doctor here or treat outside.

All 5 star reviews look like paid or fabricated. Just read the language of all 5 star reviews. You will easily find out these comments are written by single person. Like usage of wrong spelling for Pradeepa mam, for this hospital, similar/repeated language and grammar errors in several comments.Apart from above, my personal experience: when I went to ob-gyn doc for first time consultation she forced me to undergo a surgery on same day unnecessarily. Thank God, I consulted 2 other doctors and both confirmed I dont need surgery. Also the procedure places where they took me for looked like government hospital environment with no privacy and nurses keep chit chating loudly everywhere. The overcoat which blood lab person wearing was full of stains.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MONEY MINDED HOSPITAL

Last 2 weeks before my granny came to sudha hospital erode she have a fever and she is a sugar patient , they told take ct scan and we did that and they told just take the Covid test but here no bed if its positive and we planned to go ramakrishnan hospital cbe till cab came she is in bed at sudha hospital in hospital that icu ward nurse forced and scold her go soon then she asked water that also they not given , just learn how to trate people we changed hospital so they behave like that bad nurse change your character sudha icu nurses
