Worst Experience Ever! The staff were irresponsible and its going to let them spoil the whole ambience

Was good earlier... Now it is losing its standard... Fries were good in the town.. but strips were not good

The food which i had here ... Troubled me a lot... But the place and memories I had here is unforgettable... Actually the oil was dripping out from the food... the food had that much amount of oil in it... But when i complained about it they gaurenteed to resolve it... So i trust it would have been resolved now... But the ice cream was good..

Taste is not up to mark, more or less like local shop taste. Ambience is very congested need spacious look. Entrance door is disturbed by shutter side roll, it needs to be replaced.

Big Chick is only good for fried chicken. Dont expect the briyani and BBQ chicken. I experienced a terrible taste in briyani. The first place I asked for a salt to briyani. The BBQ chicken which I ordered and what i got is leg piece without skin. They selling leg piece in the name of BBQ chicken. I once liked Big chick very much for their fried chicken and burgers, now Im disappointed in this service. They should make this as a compliment and improve their taste.

They have horribly failed trying to copy KFC. The chicken wont be cooked well and taste is the worst. You can litereally find the smell of oil in the fried items which is a result of long term usage.

Unsanitary. Poor Service. I used to like Big Chick before. I have ordered food from home several times in the past. I was blind before. After seeing the dining conditions in the restaurant first-hand Ive decided not to eat Big Chick food anymore. If the place where we eat is so unhygienic, then how hygienic can their kitchen be?
