Not trustable. They talk nice but gives false commitmentsWhen customer asks for 5 star A/C, they ll say its available and at booking time theyll it change to 3star.

I bought Hitachi ac two months back and I called a service from ac service for past eight days. Everyday j remind the team and I couldnt able to solve my complaints from their service team and Sathya agency marketing team. Dont buy

I bought a Usha table fan recently from Sathya, Kumalan Kuttai. I had following problems.The item was delivered to me in unassembled condition in parts and pieces. ( It was home delivered in packed condition).Inspire of my repeated calls, no technician was sent to assemble and test it. I could not do it myself as I am scared of losing warranty if something happens. I even requested to send a trained serviceman to my house even on payment basis. Till now, nothing materialised.If this is the kind of service M/s Sathya agency, Kumalankuttai offer, why should you buy from them? Needless to say that I paid 2000 rupees for a plastic body table fan! Hope buyers will be careful in buying from them.

I am writing this review out of Frustration on buying a refrigerator from Sathya agencies , erode.I purchased a Refrigerator ( samsung ) on 9th June 2020 through HDFC No cost EMI plan.I found the product is defective. Whereas Sathya agencies neither refunded my money till now nor cancelled the EMI plan.Mr. Siva, the store manager absolutely not ready to take any responsibility. I am planning to handle this issue in the consumer court. This will happen for sure.I understand there are some issues will happen while purchasing a product from a retailer. But the way how the retailer resolves the issue is very important.

Bad customer relation

1. Prices are costlier than their website says but they try to add a complimentary item with each product customer inquire/buy.2. Reps convince you for a brand which they are not supposed to do. They should be impartial among the brands they intend to sell.3. There was a creepy rep. simply sitting in his chair and trying something with his mobile. I was not able to confirm what he did. But his mobile was in weird angle like he is recording or taking image. Before I confront he moved away on his own.4. They were not sure about the additional charges, service/installation charges and delivery charges we incur for each product. Initially I heard delivery charge as 350 then it is increased to 500.5. The delivery time was missed by half a day without any information. Had to call multiple times without anyone receiving from the other side.6. Delivery guy and sales rep were nice in behavior and words. Only consolation in this entire process.7. Post delivery washing machine had water stains inside the machine and refrigerator had wear and tear marks on outer wrapping which will not occur in single use/test. I have a serious doubts, it could be the same demo piece we saw.8. Upon calling them back, there were just consolations words and confirmations on the air.
