Ecs they accept. But for income tax statement u have to approach the branch. From 2010 till date not even a single instalment missed. But I was denied a topup. Wud have been the owner of a bigger house if I had opted for some other banker.

Totally waste of time and money. Interest break up every time we have to request. Responses also very bad . Including bank manager behaviour also worst. So my rate is below one.
