Best Ice creams and loads of flavors to taste😋

While the store ambience and service is good this is in an extremely busy and congested location with no parking for any vehicle. Plus this is surrounded by many hospitals. Location is a bug minus.

Hospitality was not up to the mark.. Although Branded its still needed much improvements for This branch

They dont know. How to behave with customer..... Dont go this shop.. they ask us to clean the table if any single drop at table.. strongly not recommended

One of good place in Erode for hangout. Variety of ice cream with different toppings. We can select the ice cream we need with our choice of toppings. Finally the total quantity is weighted and priced. When I was there the price is Rs.900 per kg. Worth to pay it. Ambience is good. Only issue is parking. Always that road used to be busy.

As Hatsun based company no need to comment about taste.Ordered butterscotch icecream cake taste is good but I feel chocholate overloaded is better.They also deliever to home for 25kms charge is around 350 rs.Belgium chocholate icecream is v.good.Parking facility is not there have to park near streets.

Very poor customer service. Pls educate the employees as to how to treat the customers. I ordered two bowls of icecream. One bowl which had chocolate flavour was tasting a bit bitter. I asked the employee to add sugar syrup. He denied saying that once the bill is paid, nothing would be added. The shop is not going to lose anything by adding an extra ounce of sugar syrup. Even the road side pani poori seller will give extra tamarind-water syrup when you ask him. On the other hand, these kind of shops quote all unnecessary rules and charge hefty price. Customers first, your policies next.

Ibaco icecreams are good but not great. They dont have mix of ice cream flavours. They just mix whatever we ask them to do.

Good for family trips. Ice creams are goodLot of options to top up your ice cream cup. No natural flavors, mostly artificial so not good for health. Occasional visits are fine. Worst part card swipe machine is not available. Hot water not available in the water dispenser. Take note of these before you plan your trip.

As always ibaco is a premium ice cream parlour with good quality ice cream... their best is the butterscotch with almonds and cholocate sauce...

Taste is ok, but rate is high. They are charging 1₹ per gram. They are not giving proper guidance. First thay are filling the ice and other nuts and other.Then whehing and tell price. No choice to budget.

Nice followed the same unique setup of Ibaco. Several ice cream flavours available. Ibaco ice cream cakes and chocolates available. They dont have parking facility have to park vehicle side of the roads.

Ice cream are good but I miss my blackcurrant desert. Here there is no such kind of this. Only scope of different flavors :(

Customer service is a bit lacking. The staff do not respond well on any request of taste samples before buying the ice cream. I was given only an ant sized morsel for tasting which totally defeats the purpose of tasting. I am sure Ibaco management would agree that giving a spoon full of ice cream for a taste will not “eat into the profit”

Ibaco brand, you can select flavour you want, and topping as per wish. Ice cream cake aslo available but expensive. Stick bar also available. We can have whatever flavour or combination of flavour, it will be charged in weight basis. everthing is Rs.900 per kg plus GST 5%.
