The owner is very rude and arrogant. When my mom called to enquire about the rate, the owner shouted and spoke disrespectfully. He should learn the manners first then do business. I would have given 0 stars if I would.

Very WORST service. They charge money for anything and everything. They mention it is essential for them to do all the packing including spice powders and health mix powder. They charged my Mother-in-law RS.300/- just for a transparent cover. But that packing cover is of worst quality. And to add, the person didnt seal any of the packages properly. I lost more than 1 kg of health mix powder and other spice powder during transport. When I opened the box ,in all the packages the seals are torn clearly Indicating inefficient packing( wish I could share the pictures here for everyones reference). They dont allow us to pack. They are intending to get money thru everyway possible. Thats the reason they want to do the packing and charge packing fee despite other fees like weight based fee, service fee etc. Very very MONEY MINDED. When i called and asked about the same, the person who owns this service very lethargically says he cant help and was not ready to reimburse my packing charges. Will not recommend to anyone. Hope I ( we all) find a good courier services sooner.
