Well experienced Doctors at service for patients. Neat and Clean. Good Housekeeping. But need to maintain some facilities (Tv,Ac).Room space is very small.Otherwise had a good experience in gem hospital.

They are money minded Doctors, very very costly minimum bill Rs.4000 above for normal check up.. My humble request to all... not to visit or hospital... dont even step in to this hospital.. There are very rude towards the patient and with their families... they never respect and respond to the patience family properly. and will charge the bill a lot!!!! Here procedures are very slow... Doctor come by around 10.30 am .. after his advice scan will be done here ... Scan person will come around 1pm...I paid 2500 for admission scan urine and blood test .. Until that my son 11 yrs was sitting with stomach pain ... Is this the hospital.. i request all pls choose another hospital . Dont come to this hospital .. Staffa are irresponsible..And also i experience bad smell inside the hospital... Full and full money mind.. no spl care about covid... No sanitizer used at any point .. very bad

Worst in management. There is no token system. You will never know when they will call your name. If you havent hear properly, they will throw your files away and you have to wait for hours

Gem hospital is one of the best hospital in erode. There are 3 doctors. And usually crowded on monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. And on other days the crowd will be very less.Usually there will be little waiting time since it was over crowded. But if you come after 2.00pm your waiting time will be less and doctor also will be free

This hospital has become a just another typical one. Earlier some while ago patients where respected, now patients money is respected. Doctors are good there, they know stuff. people who work there, especially receptionists, they really need to take training for decent human interaction and situation handling. They didnt share information regarding appointment over phone and I had to return home with my mom who is a patient, as they didnt allow to consult with doctor. Worst, decided not to go to the hospital again.

Despite of a great medical team the management is a disappointment to the core. They speak and act so rudely and there is no respect or a simple humanitarian way to talk from the management side.

Despite of a great medical team the management is extremely worst if they told you to bought a bandage in their medical which is 13RS normally they sold it for 50RS .Not only that in normal hospitals they charge 100-200 for a dressing but in here its double the amount 400RS and also apart from this medical expenses they charge extra 500 monthly for no reason

First the doctor was damn good. She analysed the patient very well( Dr Sasirekha).Hospital was ok, but the token system, nurses needs improvement.Parking can be done opp to hospital for temporary.

I have vistited more than 3 times as per my analysis Doctors are well knowledged but they dont know what is punctuality some of doctors not here at the mentioned time they are always late comers.
