It is fully crowded place now and no of is caring of the COVID protocol. Seating arrangements need to be made better because there is no sanitizer available at the lobby and it is scary to see people sit very close to Each other.

The Doctor/counselors was patient enough to explain about the issue and its treatment, also after treatment benefits. Which helped us to understand and decide the future course. The cost was upfront informed and no surprises given. The staffs are very friendly and helpful at all times, before, during and after the treatment. The hospital and the environment is very clean and hygienic. The Pharmacy is also very good in terms of availability of the required medicines at all times. On the whole, the experience has been satisfactory with no issues at any stage of our treatment.I am very satisfied with the service provided in Dr.Agarwals Eye hospital
