The hotel is on main centre of erode city. They have parking place. Two storey is having rooms, third floor is having conference place and ground floor is having restaurant and confectionery. Basement is having shops and parking place. In front of hotel also one can park.Rates are reasonable for rooms and restaurant. They serve both non Veg and veg. There have buffet breakfasts in morning. Room comfort are very good. They provide extra bed when requested. Service is very professional. They provide complimentary water bottles. The place is very convenient to hire car or auto. In fact auto stand is adjacent only. There are options of other restaurants nearby at walkable distance.

This place is around 2.5 kms from Erode railway station and is situated well amidst shops where you can shop. For the stay I highly recommend this place as it was very clean and well maintained. I initially planned to stay just for one night but then extended to two for personal reasons luckily the hotel staff were able to accomodate my request. The place also has a restaurant attached to it where you can always go for your meals. Their breakfast was awesome and I suggest you take the meal package with the stay to save on your budget as the a la carte feels a bit pricey. Their rooms were well maintained and cozy and has all necessary amenities. You get free wi-fi though connectivity at times lags a bit but still functional. They provide toiletries and newspapers on a daily basis and the staff are very responsive and curt. You can reach out to them in case of any issues and they immediately address it. For me the requests were just getting drinking water bottles as I found no other flaw in my room or stay. They have hot water and shower facilities on demand 24/7 at the ease of a switch in your room which I liked very much as most inns near by only provide hot water commonly at specified timings (mostly during morning and evening). Loved my stay and will plan to repeat soon if I am travelling near by.

Customer service is very good I stayed in this hotel for a few weeks

The hotel was decent enough,but the room was very small ,with a small tv. The a/c remote doesnt seems to be working so we end up freezing and switch off the a/c. The water heater workwd well in the evening,but in the morning there was no hot water,probably because there was a couple of functions going on .The staffs were courteous and i felt for a three star hotel the basic amenities atlwast should have been well managed lile supplying hot water ,etc

No hot water available - reason suggested was hotel usage is high. Bathroom accessories good. Bed is good. Basic channels in tv. AC works fine. again the comforter bedsheet was stinking. amazing ice creams baskin robins at the coffee shop.safe, clean, privacy assured

Simple and decent hotel. Have stayed several times. They have a non veg n veg multicuisine inside. 24hrs running hot water, good AC, underground parking for 8-10 cars. Service is good. Taps and faucets are clogged by salt. Rest everything is OK.

I had read the previous reviews and was a little sceptical to stay here, but had no choice but it turned out to be a really nice stay. The room service was quick and well mannered. There is a great basement parking facility. Breakfast includes your staple Indian breakfast and everyone in the hotel is curtious! We actually ended up reaching late at night and yet the service was excellent amd we were in our room in no time! The rooms are clean and spacious and have beautiful windows. There isnt any disturbance of traffic even though the hotel is on the main road. Overall wonderful stay!

The stay was very pleasant. Service staff especially Mr. Wilson at font desk went out of the way to assist us. One major plus is the restaurant, that serves really yummy food with very attentive staff. Room was very clean.

The hotel is located in a central location in Erode and easily reachable. It is maintained cleanly and the way it is maintained give a feeling that it of recently constructed though it is 7 years old.It is very close to the textile market in Erode and also to ancient Vishnu and Sivan temples in Erode. We stayed for only one day and the service quality by the hotel staff was also good. They were kind enough to accept our request for an extra stay of 2 hours without any charges.

Locality is good. AC is not at all working. We gave complaint.they came and checked for namesake and went. We booked through goibibo, so the allotted worst room I believe as we booked with offer. We paid around 1600 after discount,but it is not worth at all. No kettle, no iron box, no fridge and lots of no.. another worst thing is lots of mosquitoes which spoiled our sleep.suggestion : Try with some other hotel please.

Weve had almost a floor of rooms for a wedding over here. Overly affable staff, cooperative administration, good food, clean rooms and toilets, cozy ambiance and prompt room service made our stay at this place really memorable. Hotel was neatly maintained. Well behaved staff. Good hospitality management. Good hotel at affordable price. Hotel is very near to Eswaram koil. And near to wholesale textile market. Varieties of bedsheet, window curtain etc are avaialble at wholesale rate.

Not so good especially the catering is worst. Paid full amount but food served as if it was a free service meal. Hotel rooms are good as well as the halls but service is worst. No accountability. Just now completed a reception and this was our experience. Better arrange food from outside for your functions. I had the same experience like arul Immanuel the restaurant people said food was unlimited but pathetic even the bride and groom did not have enough. Restaurant boopathy gives false commitment. Worst the hall was booked and advance given 3 months before through boopathy the restaurant owner but reception venue at the hotel was denied a day before the actual reception date. We had to fight with boopathy for his unethical act. Beware of this cheating trick.

Hotel location is good. We stayed overnight on our way back from bandipur to Chennai. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room sizes are good. With 4 of us, we were very comfortable with the size of room provided. Food is good ( we have tried only dosas and idlies though) and service us quick.Overall, recommend to anyone who would like to do a quick stop over at erode.

We enjoyed our stay there. Everyone in the hotel(starting from the security, reception, room service, restaurant staff) was very polite and ready to offer support. Hats off to the team. One cannot miss out the broad smile of the security, the old man Balu . He was very helpful. The hotel restaurant has good variety, and the food we ordered was very tasty. Complimentary breakfast was good. The mini tiffin we were suggested had idly,dosa,poori, pongal and vada, and coffee / tea. Keep it up team. People who stay here will definitely prefer this for their future trips.
