I bought doubledoor refrigerator 2 years back but it was repaired now. I was really shocked upset and called the showroom and informed about it but there was no immediate response . If we give them pressure they are telling us that they will come within 48 hours but we are waiting for 96 hour still there is no response. This a very bad experience to me because I have spent 40000 from my savings . I have never seen such a irresponsible people so I dont want to give them any star but if we give one star then only we can give them command so I gave them one star..

They have advertised amd ryzen laptops from the entrance but it wont be available anywhere in the store .. need to update stock before advertising

No proper response better I will bought in online itself poor response from staffs I planned to buy iPad but due to poor response from the staffs I dropped my plan

One of the good places in erode to hang around. There is no much number of shops and food stalls but existing ones are really good. As they are concerned of covid safety measures and rush is considerably low, reliance mall is a safe place to go.

I bought DSLR Camera from here. Initially they promised a head phone and Bag as complimentary offer. But they didnt deliver saying that are out of stock...Its been 3 months no Proper response from Sales staff over here..when I am asking they r just making me to wait and say sir its out of stock...I never got any call also..Never ever buy anything from here... Because if you miss or something happens to your product these guys will never respond to you..

Worst after sales service.They will give you defective products (internally).I have wasted my rs.60000.kindly visit respective showrooms and buy products or online .Trust me guys.Or you will feel later

This place has almost everything in electronics. They sell fridge, TVs, OTG, mobile phones, trimmers, washing machines, mixer grinder and a whole lot of things. The staff is friendly. You can also avail consumer durable loans for your purchase. The parking here is free and you have ample space to park your two wheelers or four wheelers. You also can find some snacks and drinks just outside the shop.

Worst behavior of staffs ( especially group of sales persons in young age). Ridiculous behavior of sales persons, doesnt know how to value customers at all.Also, most of the products that is been displayed is not available, they even doesnt have an option of booking those products.I doesnt know still why they keep the products for display if they dont have stock and no provision of booking.Absolute waste of time and energy for choosing Reliance Digital for shopping today.Reliance Digital no more set an ambiance for shopping at all. Absolute useless experience it was.Seriously regret for my decision to visit the shop for purchase. I will never ever recommend my friends and family to this showroom in Erode even though they may have attractive offers.

Went to buy Jiophone. Jio store is located inside the Reliance Digital. The sales guy was very nice. Despite the server was very slow, the sales guy tried several attempts and pleased us. The store has lot of electronic items, white goods and accessories.
