The staffs are using mobile phones in the office it can be avoided and the management should take necessary action

They make each pregnant woman wait for 4 hours for scan and 1 hr on top to just get the report after scan. They have no consideration or whatever for these woman. Very poor treatment of the customers but looks like erode people have no option but to go here.. hence they really dont care.

We enrolled 10.15 for scanning up to 2pm scanning is not done due to doctor unavailability.simply they are saying we informed madam she will vome at any time this statement they are telling to us from 12pm.when we enroll they know for this scan doctor is available or not accordingly they need to give appointment there is no professional way of working.

Worst experience, there is no proper appointment system, 3 times visited for pregnancy scan, everytime waited 4 to 5 hrs. Receptionist behavior is worst, some times doctor also. Really not recommended. I have reported to my doctor for not to recommend this scan center to other patients.

Between Senthil multi speciality hospital and Erode trust hospital. All kind of scans abdominal and MRI scans. Morning emergency scans only . Other normal scans start @ 9.30 am only. If starts 8 or 8.30 am useful for all patients.

All the staffs are very kind and good care was given.

Not even eligible for single 🌟. I was waiting with my family for so long time from morning 9am to 12pm. I have registered the token as 5th. When I went and asked they told me u r 35th. I came out without scanning. Plz dont go there.
