Sweets taste good. Reduced star is for not taking enough precautions. Gloves not worn by all staffs. ALSO,The standing fans are in childrens reach with no net around them. Any small child can easily put his/her finger. Happened right in front of me. Pls install nets around fans.

Pathetic experience with SRM , Palayapalayam Erode.Ordered a snack along with a birthday cake 2 days in advance. When reached to pickup the items they missed the snack... Also the response by the supervisor was very immature... So our plan was completely disturbed and couldnt do anything at last minute....Quality of service is worst .......

Reason why i rated low start review is because of staff members. When you enter the shop with your daughters. Service persons (around 80%) keep stalking customers. We left really insecure. They keep gossiping in their ears. This should controlled by management. Totally unsafe for women customers

Going downhill, tastewise and service wise. The jelabis, once their trademark, is losing lustre, because of a shady practice. They once served the freshest jelabis, now, its old stuff passed off as the freshly made jelabis being prepared outside. They tell you they are packing the jelabis fresh from the stove. In fact, the jelabis are old and taste vadhak vadhak, if you get what I mean. Dont sacrifice your good name and ethics for a little profit, SRM. It was the same with their palak pakoda.an old fan.

Staffs who are packing the snacks are not using any gloves. All other srm units are following proper saftey measures. Here Im very much disappointed.

We have ordered Pani puri,mushrom roll,paneer sandwich and pomegranate fresh juice. Except the juice all other items was a disaster. For Pani puri, the puri was not all crispy seems like it is an old stock. Mushroom roll, Im not sure whether they knows what to stuff inside the veg roll or not, the surprise fact is that, we have found noodles inside the roll. Whatever it is, the roll was a disaster. And then sandwich,they have included some cheese so we can say not bad,it was OK. Overall the experience was bad.

Bad & worst service.we ordered groundnut burfi for function.But they gave after function finished.we waited for 1&½ hours to buy pre-ordered burfi.They wont keep time & promising.

SRM - Authentic & Age old bakers with good quality products in affordable prices (value for money). Indeed it’s a iconic sweet shop of Erode (especially for Jilebi)Shop - This is the biggest (I believe so) with multiple menu & an extensive parking. Well located & good interiors with a good sit out area.Menu - Wide variety with a good taste.Cons - Staff & owner behaviour. This should be changed.

They are lairs. I called several days for samosa. On call they said its available,when I reach the store everyday they will make from Tomorrow, tomorrow and there tomorrow has not came yet after four days. LAIRS.

The SRM sweets & cake shop has a spacious car parking, in house dining and evening chat & coffee outlet. Service is good. Prices are reasonable. All items are fresh as they are fast moving.

Very poor customer service, particularly the bald man who is sitting in billing is rude & arrogant with customers. Items was okay, but finally the poor customer service make us feel not to visit here once again.

Food seems to be tasty. But very poor customer service. You have to go to three different people to get one thing on ur hand. I ordered pani puri and got a dirty spoon. Then had to call the order boy to change it but he just washed it with water and brot back.
