I have visited many villas and yet to find such a villa with high quality of life for a private living close to choice school , metro station, Rajagiri school , infopark, sea port airport road , strategic location,

High probability of flooding. Not constructed on required structure. I saw that, they had provided only 5 x 14 mm rebars for an 1 ft(aprx) beam. Area is calm quit and easily accessible.

Luxury villas and a beautiful location but some of the villas are still under construction or repairs.They have a common swimming pool and a hall for conducting small functions as well.

A very peaceful place to live. Access to school and other aminities adds to the value. Security is good, and a nice clubhouse with indoor swimming pool as well as indoor badminton court.

The stock villas are not at all worth it. But with a good (expensive) renovation, you get an amazing home in a amazing location, surrounded by amazing people.P.S. Manoj K Jayan, the Kerala Blasters coach and plenty of other directors and producers live in this villa complex.
