We have paid for Tripile Occupancy Deluxe Suite room. But Hotel Provided Double bed room. Room No. 212. When we asked for extra bed for the third person hotel person asking for additional payment of Rs.500/- When we asked about the type of room we have booked they are shown another room No.209 which was small in size with same bed size. again they are asked additional payment of Rs.500 for small room. When we talked to Hotel Manager Mr. Surendran they are offered the bed for free . But the Condition of the extra bed is Dirty. I have stayed in more than 100 Hotels across the country. This is the first time I am having such a waste experience. We have taken this room to take rest after a long Day and we lost almost 1 hour for getting extra bed. This is extremely pathetic setup of customer service. Even after speaking with Hotel Manager we are forced to sleep in Dirty Extra bed. All this is happened even after paying

Hotel Luciya in Kochi is located near to KSRTC bus stand.Lucia Hotel is not of very great standard but good for stay during small business trips.Rooms of the hotel has been renovated recently for large room where previously the rooms were very small.Now after the renovation the rooms are big and also the toilets are clean and up to a good standard.Rooms are available at affordable prices.Parking lot is also available for cars.

There is food facility in the property and the property is just beside the bus stand. My stay was excellent as I am contended with their services and the facilities provided.

I had planned 03 days stay at this property and paid RS. 5000/- as advance. Next day of my check in hotel demanded for another rs. 3000/- giving reason that my food bill has exceeded and spoke very rudely when I said that I will settle the amount when I checked out and person at reception started threatening and demanded me to pay the money immdtly. I was with my family so I didnt argue with that person and went down to reception to pay the demanded rampsom. This hotel doesnt seems to be 3 star as they declare but a local bus stand side hotel with no hygiene as I have figured out. Its a BIG NO for those who are coming to cochin alongwith family. Better stay in Spin International hotel which is next to this property which is brand new and tariff is almost same but facilities and staff are 100times better than hotel Luciya...

Good neat place for a stay in the heart of the city. Maybe not with family, the food offerings are decent and the overall pricing too is fairly reasonable. If you are on a quick business visit and want to be close to public transport and other city like amenities,this can be an ideal choice.

Attraction of this hotel is definitely its location which is very close to the bus stand of Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) and within walk-able distance from the railway station. Rooms rent is reasonable. Rooms are neat and with moderate facilities. Kerala food is tasty here. Bar is ok, except that it is a bit noisy in evenings. . If you area budget traveller, travelling within Kerala or on a short trip to Ernakulam-Kochi, this hotel is a sure choice for you.

It was a pleasant stay in the hotel for 2 nights...in very reasonable price...the hotel in just opposite to KSRTC busstand...in few steps of walkable distance...with excellent connectivity of buses to other areas...the hospitality and the ambience os very good and the people there was also very helpful and courteous...good place in the heart of the city to spend with families and friends...

This hotel is budget hotel in Ernakulam, but its front office staff are not fully guest specific, having only little knowledge on local place guidance to clarity guests clarifications.

Located opposite the bus stand. This is a very convenient place to stay. Rooms were decent with clean bedsheets and towels. They also arranged a very good taxi for local sight seeing.

I have visited this hotel for lunch and the attitude of the staff towards me is very irresponsible. I have waited for 25 minutes, but no one has attend me even there is no other customer. The waiters are stood like statues fitted to the wall itself and they were in a long conversation on something. Previously, I actually heard about their bad attitude towards dark skinned people. I think the dark skin color is their problem. Surely I can say that the people working in this establishment were racists. I am really felt harassed and disappointed with their attitude and I left their restaurant. To improve the service, I think the whole staff have to replaced by professionals . The management should train these mules in the restaurant to behave politely, respectfully and timely.

The best hotel in ernakulam near the bus stop, rooms are spacious and sparkling clean but the doors are old, stuck too hard to open.

Hotel is very close to Ernakulam KSRTC bus stand. Dont expect any Professional customer service from here. As they have plenty of Travellers halt there for few hours they will treat you just a Co_passenger.Even staff behaviors are below the level of street vendors. Hotel is under renovation and furnitures are lying all over the corridor and the area is full of dusty. And noticed that there is no finishing at all where the renovation work completed areas. Poor workmanship everywhere and now it is a combination of old and new styles and looks very ugly. There is a Beer and wine parlor on the ground floor and the prices are average.Overall many things needs to be improved for the price what they are charging for.

Hotel Luciya is situated adjacent to the main road and opposite to the Ambedkar Stadium and very near the bus stand of Kerala State road transport corporation at Ernakulam. While working in southern districts I used to get down at Ernakulam and have lunch or dinner at Hotel Luciya according to the time of arrival at the bus stand.Since this place is very near KSRTC bus and as we could walk in and have the food it was very convenient during those days.The food served here were also good.

Room service need to be improved. Hot water is available at bathroom, Washroom is not much hygienic, need to be improved. Small refrigerator, TV, telephone are there. 24 hours check out. Location was nice to explore the city.

Room was good but some of the staff were constipated. When you order something to room, before delivering they will ask pehle paisa. You really feel bad about that. And also they dont have water purifier and charge Rs 25 for each one litre bottle

Shortly it is the worst hotel we ever experienced in our entire life. Dont go anywhere near this place, no way close to worth the money. We booked couple of rooms for Sep 20th thru 23rd through Cleartrip and when we reached there on 20th early morning they had no clue of our reservation. Guy in the reception had to read through an hour to confirm our stay. Can you believe waiting for more than an hour after 20 plus hours of flight with parents and kids? And once we got into the rooms we were shockingly surprised. It was the nastiest with dirty bed, broken bath rooms with no hot water, fridge and a dirty bucket and mug. Bathroom fitters were literally on the floor leaking water. Most unbearable was the musty Cigaratte smell, we couldnt stand to it. We took an adventerous shower in that nasty bathroom and next thing we saw was the rashes developed on our body. From the hotel folks we came to know that those rooms were locked for months amid the maintenance going on there and maybe the paint particles got into rooms. And they offered another room which was not any different. We had to immediately leave the hotel and rush to the hospital to take care of rashes. All of this happened within span of some hours. We have an ongoing battle with Cleartrip to refund the amount. The interest hotel guys showed in scanning our Passport and Visa with cleaning the hotel would have helped them big time. Anyway they lost present and future business worth thousands.Please stay the hell out of Hotel Luciya!!!

Luciya hotel near KSRTC bus stand Kochi has very Rude and unpolite front office staff (Joshi). I stayed here for my official trip to attend a conference and experienced the worst ever hospitality. He demanded an advance when I ordered food. And when I explained that I was sick and need a bottle of water for my medicine, the receptionist demanded to clear old bills without even an apology for calling me down inspite of my illness and explained that there are a lot of cheats around, which made me feel very ,very badBad Food range, No menu card in room, main doors with gap for peeping toms, not recommended for family either.Dirty surroundings, dirty and stinking towels, stink of cigarette smoke and stinky unhygenic toilets built over sewage tank.WORST EXPERIENCE IN KOCHI, AND NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE..
