Theres sanitizing facilities, thermal scanning at the entrance itself, they provide us with plastic gloves before entering the store. All the staff wear masks. It wasnt crowded as they might strictly prohibit it. Parking facility is available in plenty and accessibility to the store is also good. Washroom is available inside.

Very large shopping space spread over four floors. The ladies section was really chaotic with least method in madness. Most often youll be left to fend for yourself, as the sales reps will guide you to a particular section. So be prepared to be abandoned midway. Otherwise theres a wide range and variety to choose from.

This is the best Shopping destination in Ernakulam I should say. If you want to buy wedding dress like sarees gowns this is the best place. There is customised boutiques too, rather than wedding dress there is a huge collection of sarees in affordable rage. I think 2nd floor is a dedicated saree world. Tussore Silk, Cotton Silk, Kanjeevaram silk are few of them. The thing I like most about this place is that they have the right dress for you within your budget. This place have parking space on both sides in between Seemattis paking space there is Kochi Metros parking space this is pay N park . We can enter into Seemattis parking space from MG road and Banerjee rood there is one more entrance to Seematti from Chittor road.

They have only 1 entrance to the shop via a small road makes it difficult for the vehicles from MG road to enter the shop. Got a large parking and well maintained and customers will be sanitized at the entrance. Mostly good for wedding shopping in Ernakulam.

Good for ladies collection..but for men the selection is lacking

I like to visit Seematti since there is complete freedom to select our favourite attire. No one come to disturb us... We can search and select the suitable ones ourselves. But it takes too much time to bill the dress, we were waiting around half an hr for the staff of billing section to come. Besides that they altered my churidar and stitched the sleeves in a very bad way. I waited for 2 hrs for the alteration. But I havent got any of my dress with this kind of worse stitching. I visited Seematti Ernakulam

I visited many shops for wedding shopping for me and my friend but had the worst service in Seematti. Staffs there judged us and made assumption that we are not going to buy and had no interest in showing the collections. വാങ്ങിക്കാൻ വരുമ്പോൾ കാണിച്ചു തരാം was the response I got when asked for a specific design and color. We wanted to get out of the shop as soon as possible because of this attitude from the staffs.

Good collection of clothings. The day I went the crowd was not much. This helped in social distancing in Covid times. They provided disposable gloves for all customers.Another welcome feature was good washrooms in 1st and 3rd floors. I presume other floors must be having the same.There was no refreshment counters and it would have been welcome in each floor even on a trolley that moves between floors.

Have a good collection of childrens dress arranged very well to check all designs. At the parking you have to pay 500 Rs, which paid back at billing time. And have ample car parking available.

Very bad experience...i was a seematti lover but last week My friend and I went to Seematti to buy wedding sarees. They said with prejudice that we would not take the sarees and was least interested to show the sarees and attitude was horrible. Hospitality is very bad and even restroom was horrible and uncleaned. Now I least prefer to go to Seematti.

Seematti has always been the wonderful place to shop for everyone. Its like a one stop destination for every clothing needs. Due to covid restrictions in the state looks like the stocks are running out. Could find empty racks which is very rare in seematti.

Had a very bad experience yesterday,One of the floor manager (Safeena) behaved very badly when we went to purchase wedding saree (karnataka style off-white with contrast boarder)..Showed me a weaving defected saree and we noticed that and want to see another piece, then the lady told me njangalku ivide eduthu vekanallallo ivide ullath vilkan ale that type of talking, also had no intention of closing the deal by behaving rudely unlike how a staff should behave with customers. Last 20 years we are regular customer to seematy and this is the first time we had a bad experience with your staff

Good collection of apparels, Some staffs are really approachable some arent- Ive noticed few staff tend to attend/ be respond to customers when Beena Kannan is around, which I believe needs improvement.

After many years , I went to Seematti and was really pleased to see the change in their collections and salesmanship . I thought , wow , they are coming back ! I bought about Rs.40000 /- worth dresses . It was a pleasure to buy beautiful things , thanks to whoever is behind this change . All these years we have missed Seematti . By the way we have been their customers from the day of their inauguration .But we had an unpleasant experience today , at the packing section . The person who packed our purchase was very careless , my lovely churidar , shawl and everything was pushed into small paper bags , making small creases on them . I asked him to take it out and fold it properly . Even though he took it out , he made more wrinkles and pushed it inside and shook the bag as if it is some rice or wheat bag . He said they dont have big bags . Hope you will give them good training .

Worst experience from the cashier..He just bend my husbands atm card.Instead of tapping,he just pressed and atm card was bent.When my husband asked the guy was answering rudely..he was telling we gave the atm in such a way and though we stopped asking anything..he was again trying to continue fighting.Husband told leave it and we just raised a complaint in ground floor.Anyways good experience was staff who accompanied us for selection of churidar material and staffs in kids section was humble and polite..and they showed us good collections.In saree section no staffs accompanied us.

It was a wedding shopping. But a dull experience due to corona. Was let in through back gate. After shopping got to know that due to corona, they were not working officially.

In the wake of corona, the place seem to be a bit deserted. Was a huge fan to shop at this place but now I am kinda disappointed. Had some good party wear collections for men and also wedding wears for couples but now its like they are missing a bit of latest fashion trends. Still have a great collection of clothes but to find the best you just need patience.

Seematti used to be the go to place for clothing for my family. The collection they had was very wide and the staff behaviour was excellent. However, it wasnt the case the last time I visited Seematti. It may be due to the pandemic, but the collection of clothing was very poor. I expected much more, only to be disappointed later. The staff were not rude, but they were quite ignorant towards the customers.

Nice place to shop for Silk sarees. The staff are also good. But sometimes too many staff comes to give you suggestions and thats a little uncomfortable at times. Otherwise everything is fine.

The worst shop with old stock and also their were no sales persons all my time was wasted by visiting this shop jayalakshmi silks is really good comparing to this shop

They have amazing collection of Tusser silk and kanjivaram silk. But for a very casual purchase, the choices are less. For an average priced good looking saree you have to pay atleast 1500. Very less collection in blouse section too.

If I am not mistaken this is the best textile shop in Kochi. Its easily noticable from the road. Ample parking space. You can get all kind of dress materials from here. There are a large collections of sarees that you can get from here. It is a great infrastructure and you will definitely love their service . The staffs are friendly and responsible .If you are a foreigner then language might be a issue, but dont worry about it. Sometimes they might arrange a guy who will be able to communicate with you in ease. Anyways it was a really good experience and we loved it. Keep improving.

Now Seematti is a mess. Staffs are over burdened. Long queus , no collections and sky high prices. Very disappointed about the way management is handling the COVID times. They make customers enter details using a phone app and plastic gloves, and that is about it. Crowd everywhere esepecially billing and delivery takes atleast an hour. Very disappointed.

The best textile shop in Ernakulam, different varieties of clothes are available here. Some building works were going on(as usual) when I arrived. Currently there are four floors. Coming to Seemati is easy nowadays thanks to Kochi Metro.

Too much crowded, and heavy queue to pay bills... Once you pay, youll have to wait another half hour to get it packed... Usually one staff only will be there at packing area and we have to show the items...Crowd management is very poor... They ask people to wear a plastic glove when entering and thats all about it... Once you enter, you can see people with no mask, staff with mask on chin... To some floors only some lift will go, but no staff near lift is bothered to ask or guide you on those...Floor managers doesnt know whether items we ask are available or not even...Sadly, maybe business is dull, there are no selections as before...Sales staff are very helpful, but they are over burdened...Its a shadow of the old Seematti
