Tried masala tea once - flavour was too strong for me and the tea was served cold.
My family had ginger tea, kattan chai, cinnamon tea and an iced tea (kiwi flavour)in the Lulu stall. All were delicious and somewhat worth the money. Especially loved the Flavoured ice tea. Worth a try.
Tea Stop is a outlet exclusive for tea, coffee and light snacks at lulu food court. The counter is near to subway. Have some varieties of tea available here. One attraction is they make tea and coffee the normal way, not machine made. Options for few light snacks are also available. Its pocket friendly compared to other counters at food court.
Absolutely pathetic service. Just now tried to have a cup of Assam tea from this sorry excuse for a high end tea shop. They dont have any sort of orderly system to take orders. Staff just attend to the customers who jostle to get in front. I had to wait for fifteen minutes to get my order of one cup white five customers who billed after me walked away with their orders. Even a thattukada will have a better system. The owner should seriously look into the matter and try to employ well mannered staff who can manage things when there is a crowd. And the tea was nothing great. Will never visit this shop again
Tea was ok
Food is mediocre, somewhat bland. They dont take cards and expect you to pay in cash. Most of the staff dont speak the local language Malayalam and are quite fuzzy when you dont understand Hindi.Wrong attitude!!! Apparently for being the only (monopoly) tea stall in lulu mall.Keep away if you cant speak or understand Hindi.
You can have the worst tea after paying 35 rupees !!!!should take some lessons from chai chai at MOT trivandrum.awesome tea and snacks !!!
Never go to this shop. Its just waste of money. The snacks that they make are not fresh. The staffs are not at all friendly to the customers. They dont know how to pack the food items. They are always in a hurry and doesnt have patience to listen fully. There is lack of management. They pack tissues and snacks altogether like a garbage.
Nice for beverages but veg snacks are average..a bit too oily and sometimes not cooked properly. Staff there needs to show more hygiene, one of them pulled out tea powder with fingers instead of using gloves or spoons.
Ginger tea neither had the taste of normal tea nor ginger. It had some kind of fishy smell. One who drinks this ginger tea may react like ginger eating monkey☺
Extremely good and tasty tea here they dont add water to milk so the tea is more creamy and the snacks are very tasty
Arrogant owner and useless place ... He made tea with sugar and when I said i had asked for no sugar he said sorry nothing can be done and was very rude. Inspite of charging such high rates they give all uselss stuff and paper glass.... waste of time and money
One uzhunnuvada costs Rs 25/- n coffee costs Rs45/-!!! Better go to paragon, they only charge 40 bucks for a coffee + ambience + table service!!!!Staff dont even look at u when the food is delivered, reluctant &indifferent ppl....wonder how such stalls exist!!!
Horrible tea, ginger tea costs 55 where they add ginger powder in making. Dont even bother to go there. Waste of money
Idiots shouldn’t sell English breakfast tea if they don’t know how to make it
Loved it.
Tea Shop is a modern chaayakkada, a small little outlet counter located at the Food Court of Lulu Mall, boasting a wide variety of teas in various flavors and styles. They also have a good array of kadi (snacks) like vada, pazhampori, cutlets etc and the highlight is that they have the Malabar-specific snacks too, which arent usually available at the local tea shops. Prices are only slightly higher (they are located inside the mall, after all), and they are a hit among the locals who still prefer to have their tea and snacks every once in a while, even though they are within the confines of a sprawling mall ;) They do not have a dedicated seating space, and so you can collect your order and sit wherever you wish and have your favourite tea.
Very nice chai at affordable price
Waste of money.one masala tea Rs.40 over priced and poor quality
One ordinary tea costing Rs:35. Also snacks are overpriced.
