Went to the shop with high expectations. Poor customer service. The person at the shop didnt even bother to tell about a bag even after my mum showed the display piece. He said its not available in the store and went off.!! He didnt bother to discuss other options with us. Poor customer relations when ur trying to start a new shop. The shop layout is excellent tho.

I liked the attitude of the shop owner towards the customer. The shop has plethora of collections. If you are looking for ethinic footwear to head for a wedding bash. Its the perfect place to shop.

The collection of formal shoes were poor. No proper QC before stocking up branded shoes. Please avoid buying Lee Cooper shoes from this store. The customer service is good though. I will never go to this store again. Unprofessional service will cost them in the long run !!
