Rooms are a bit small, but for this price very good option to stay at the centre of ernakulam city.

Great 3 star hotel to book your rooms, clean rooms and bathrooms, they provide great service and also they are located away from the busy city and hustle. Peaceful place to stay with your family and loved ones. The owner and manager were very friendly. They do not have their own restaurant so food must be ordered from outside. It was a really nice and peaceful stay.

A budget friendly hotel with good facilities in par with the price they are charging. Ideally located within in the city with all amenities close by. Breakfast will be delivered at room. I found the rooms to be hygienic and well maintained but the space appeared to be smaller compared to other hotels. Other than that a good experience altogether.

Good atmosphere, clean and tidy, low price, and good service

A real nightmare, I dont know how they can cheat people with fake representations. The room was only the size of a dog house, furnitures where broken, and bedsheets were filthy, like not washed / changed for many days.The air conditioning unit seems to be a device only to mislead guests with displays but it is not functioning, whatever you do, it wont change to any mode only single mode, no cool mode. And moreover in late night the A/c unit suddenly stopped working, and no way it turned on again till morning 8 Am. I think its a part of cost cutting by hotel authorities, the fan was working in full speed & sound, but even a small breeze didnt touched us. Very Very much disappointed, and one of the hotels in my list to avoid in the future

Good for short stays. Rooms are neat and clean.

Hotel shows mini fridge, Hair Dryer, King bed and upgraded rooms. But nothing actually existed. As per the hotel all the rooms fall under same category. Thank God, as I was about to book for a higher category. Scuttled big time, else wouldve been cheated. We were overcharged for water bottles. I hope water shouldnt be charge additionally, if to be charged then should be intimated. Also the room rate was charged more then the actual shown on my app. Water in the washroom had musty and very strong foul odor. Torn and stain bedsheet were layed. Stayed here for 4 nights, but room cleaning didnt happen, had to call several time. It was done just 1 day out of 4 nights stay. That too bathroom was left out to clean. Ants in the washroom, same reached till the bed level. Staffs are good though. Wont recommend this place for longstay. TV had nothing to show up. Body lotion has been stopped as per the hotel staff. Coffee and tea provided were the machine ones, not a good option for morning wake ups. A big turn down.

I didnt get the breakfast!!!. Was sleepy and i woke up on 10 and called for breakfast on 11pm. From fhe reception they told me that breakfast time is over and i enquire about that breakfast amount to refund. But the guy at the reception said that no way to refund. And OYO doesnt provide refund. Yah its 95 rs only. But for me every 1 rupee is worthy!. Room location neatness and everything else is supreme. Keep it up puthens. You guys are amazing.

It was awesome..I had the full value for what I paid there..The bathrooms were quite small but their cleanness and luxury accessories made me surprised..The rooms were also a bit small but it was OK for me because I gave priority to cleanliness.I had a good under ground parking space which protected my car from rain and sunlight thereby giving shelter for my car !The staffs were very polite and helpful..Overall I enjoyed the stay at puthens capitol inn !

Ac room hotel but apperently no ac working.

Very small room and room designed without proper plan. Even the electric plug point will touch to your head because it is very close to the bed. We can access this hotel easily from the north railway, Only 5 minutes walkable distance.

The only reason i am staying here last 2 years cos my office is nearby. Also there is no tea or coffee provided, if we are sick also no co cooperation from hotel. There is no help from the hotel staffs, cos they are least bothered about guests. If i get a good hotel in nearby i will definitely change this hotel.

This is a famous place for oyo customers, place is very much accessible to the main road and ernakulam North railway station. The place is not having any noices from the traffic eventhough its only walkable distance to main road. The facilitys are very much good in my personal experience. Good behaviour from the staff. The only concern is regarding the car parking, the parking area is less and if more cars are present we would be needed to park our vechichle in outside road.

Rooms were not ready on time. Bedsheets were not clean. No drinking water given. Bathroom was clean. Manageable for short stay as we had to catch train at 10pm. Restaurant is not there in hotel not near by also.

The hospitality offered by the staff is really well. Its a budget accomodation, located very close to Ernakulam North Railway Station, with neat and clean rooms and supplementary breakfast. For security purposes they also have CCTV installed in the premises. Restaurant facility is not available at the hotel. During our stay we faced critical issue of non-availability of Medical Kit (which should be taken care of). There is a restaurant nearby which provides 24*7 food and drink. Overall it is a worthy, budgeted, hygienic place to spend your trip with.

Nice little cozy hotel in Kochi. The rooms were clean and air conditioned. The staff was helpful. They did have difficulty in communicating in non malyalam language but it wasnt that bad. All things considered, it is a good place for the price.

The location is good. Auto stand is within 100 meter distance. Well maintained clean rooms and bathrooms. But room size is too small. Solar geysure is available. So during monsoon season you cant expect to get hot water. The room fare is very cheap .Worth for money.

On check in date eveing, my guests arrived at the hotel. but the hotel staff told there is no vacancy in the hotel. at that night, I suffered a lot. Who take responsibility for this issue. This problem affect my business. One of my best client from Mumbai, He is a travel agent, He gave that trip. We are doing business together for many years.
