Schooling is an important phase in everyone’s lives. That’s when we are being asked about our ambitions. I am sure everyone at that time would have encountered with questions like “What do you want to become in life?”, “Which group are you planning to take after your 10th grade?” etc…etc. Many of the students are usually confused and they tend to jump from one profession to the other or sometimes some of them are totally clueless! My case was also not different from it. I had different ideas, interests and it kept on varying during my school days. Although I have a successful career now, it was a “complex maze” for me until I found the right path (fortunately, with the help of my parents and grandparents). I have wondered back then that somebody should guide students to identify their strengths, weaknesses, talents and assist to choose a profession that is best suited to them. This will enable an individual to focus in one area rather than pondering over many fields wasting time, money and energy. So, I reckon it’s a wonderful idea developed by Career Dhyan with the help of psychometric tests and counselling to aid students, graduates as well as individuals who seek to switch their jobs in order to have a successful life both personally and professionally. I wish you all the best in all your endeavors!
