Compared to some of the leading company serving centers, this one stands out. They do accept calls on the provided number. They do not even have a front office staff. Still they answered my call. Staffs were friendly.

They serve their customers with atmost care, and respect. I bought a new laptop and it had a manufacturing defect and when i approached the service center they did all the formalities and replaced the defective area without affecting the warranty. They are very quick to respond and honestly they are one of the best Authorised service centres in Kochi.

A pretty decent service center.. bit difficult to spot in that building its actually in the second floor of the building 👍🏼They take care of all asus gadgets 👍🏼Parking cars here can be bit of a problem.

Asus mobile authorized service center

Its very near to the Kadavanthra police station. The place is not very spacious or comfy. Too many customers waiting in a small place to consult a single guy in counter. But the service is very good. Though they didnt even give me a call after the repair, the work was really neat and clean.

Excellent service center big thanks and shout out to Sajan George and Johnny in fixing battery issue in my laptop which was not an easy task but they fixed the issue and also give me the valuable tech tips to maintain the battery life. Will continue to be your customer. Keep up the good work.

I went there for a laptop repair, they did it without registering it in the asus site becauss of that I couldnt give the proof of my repair when my 2nd repair came!!

Amazing experience with this service centre, the service techs are very professional and more importantly understanding and calm. Mr John was very helpful even during lockdown to help me with troubleshooting, Mr Sibu too is really good with the service. Overall a wodneful service centre, which cares for the customers and renders timely service which is top notch quality too. Perhaps the best Asus Service centre I have ever visited.

They get the job done, but lack in customer care. They made me wait for 3hours for a minor repair, and also made me wait half an hour just to print the bill.

My Asus Vivobook was rendered useless during dual boot by an unprofessional tech support. The technicians were very supportive and did software boot up for free (which at most times is not covered under warranty). The place is a bit hard to find but the staff is friendly and sympathetic to your issues. Overall a good experience. Prefer this over any other authorized service center.

Asus Authorised Service Centre is situated at Gandhi Nagar near to GCDA Indoor Stadium. It is situated little away from Bus Stop, the nearest Bus Stop is Kadvanthara Bus Stop. Only walkable distance from Indoor Stadium. Its location is near to Gandhi Nagar Police station.

Great place to get your Asus product serviced. It is an authorised service centre so you can claim warranty. Friendly staff as well. The only downside is that the waiting area is small so if the place is busy, you wont be able to find a seat . Also sitting in the waiting area is not very comfortable as there is no AC and it becomes very hot especially in the afternoon.
