Excellent service. Good quality. Well kept and less crowded due to its difficult to access location for those with vehicles. Parking is an issue specially since entrance is at the signal itself and there is no other option to park or if parked to get the vehicle out without causing a block.

Bata at Kaloor Junction signal has wide collection of formal and casual footwears. Usually we get the school uniform foot wear from here. Its an easily accessable shop with small parking available infront of the shop. They accept both cash and Card payments. A happy customer since many years.

Recently, I went to the bata showroom which is located in kaloor. I had a worst customer service experience from one of the staff(bearded guy). He was behaving in a rude manner, also he was not at all interested to answer for the queries. First tym, had this worst experience from bata showroom..
